福州城市綜合承載力評價

【摘要】:隨著城市化進(jìn)程的不斷推進(jìn),城市發(fā)展的局限性不斷顯現(xiàn),城市綜合承載力的研究也應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,由于城市系統(tǒng)的復(fù)雜性,城市綜合承載力的研究理論和方法尚不統(tǒng)一,還處于探索的階段,本文鑒于前人的研究基礎(chǔ)之上,以福州市域為研究單元,選取了決定城市承載力的土地、水資源、交通、環(huán)境硬件要素及文化、科技、管理、制度、開放軟件要素和軟硬結(jié)合的產(chǎn)業(yè)承要素作為福州城市綜合承載力的評價因素,并利用熵值法和狀態(tài)空間法對福州的城市綜合承載力進(jìn)行評價分析,揭示福州城市綜合承載力的內(nèi)部分異規(guī)律,研究結(jié)果表明:福州的五區(qū)二市的市域綜合承載力超出了理想狀態(tài),處于超載狀態(tài),其余市域的綜合承載力低于理想狀態(tài)值,處于可載狀態(tài);綜合承載力最大是鼓樓區(qū)(2.0184),最小是連江縣(0.5762),綜合承載力的地區(qū)差異大;硬件要素(資源環(huán)境)承載力最大是長樂(2.7893),最小是連江縣(0.7214);軟件承載力最大是鼓樓(2.5269),最小的是閩清縣(1.7734);軟硬結(jié)合要素(產(chǎn)業(yè))承載力最大依然是鼓樓(為2.9805),最小是閩清(0.1714);其中硬件要素中的交通對福州城市綜合承載力影響最大,各承載要素的地區(qū)差異大,軟要素對城市綜合承載力的作用還未充分發(fā)揮,并且它的發(fā)揮程度與地區(qū)的發(fā)展水平有密切關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:With the continuous progress of urbanization, the limitations of urban development continue to appear, and the study of urban comprehensive carrying capacity emerges as the times require. Because of the complexity of urban system, the research theory and method of urban comprehensive carrying capacity are not unified. On the basis of the previous research, this paper selects the land, water resources, traffic, environment hardware elements and culture, science and technology, management, system, which determine the carrying capacity of the city, taking Fuzhou as the research unit. The open software element and the soft and hard industry bearing factor are used as the evaluation factors of the comprehensive carrying capacity of Fuzhou city, and the comprehensive carrying capacity of Fuzhou city is evaluated and analyzed by using the entropy value method and the state space method. The research results show that the comprehensive bearing capacity of five districts and two cities in Fuzhou exceeds the ideal state and is in overloading state, while the comprehensive bearing capacity of other cities is lower than the ideal state. The comprehensive bearing capacity is the largest in the drum building area of 2.01844, and the smallest in Lianjiang County is 0.5762, and the regional difference of the comprehensive bearing capacity is great. The maximum carrying capacity of hardware elements (resources and environment) is Changle 2.7893, the smallest is Lianjiang County, the largest is Gulou 2.5269, the smallest is Minqing County 1.7734, and the largest is the Gulou (2.9805), the minimum is Gulou (2.9805, minimum), the largest is Gulou (2.9805), the smallest is Minqing County (1.7734). It is Minqing 0.1714, in which the traffic among the hardware elements has the greatest influence on the comprehensive carrying capacity of Fuzhou city. The regional difference of each bearing factor is great, the function of soft factor to urban comprehensive carrying capacity has not been brought into full play, and its exertion degree is closely related to the development level of the region.
