武漢城市圈城鐵站點(diǎn)地區(qū)小城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展路徑研究

【摘要】:進(jìn)入21世紀(jì),城市區(qū)域化、區(qū)域城市化成為當(dāng)前我國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)。以城市群為主體推進(jìn)中國(guó)城化進(jìn)程成為中國(guó)特色城鎮(zhèn)化道路的重要選擇。武漢城市圈城際鐵路的建設(shè)為沿線地區(qū)的發(fā)展帶來(lái)新的機(jī)遇,特別是站點(diǎn)地區(qū)小城鎮(zhèn)交通區(qū)位條件的改善,大中城市產(chǎn)業(yè)及人口外向疏散的進(jìn)度加快,促進(jìn)了站點(diǎn)小城鎮(zhèn)的快速發(fā)展。本文采用定性分析與定量分析相結(jié)合的方法,通過(guò)對(duì)武漢城市圈近期建設(shè)的城際鐵路站點(diǎn)地區(qū)小城鎮(zhèn)現(xiàn)狀特征分析,總結(jié)出推動(dòng)小城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展的動(dòng)力機(jī)制,并對(duì)站點(diǎn)小城鎮(zhèn)未來(lái)的發(fā)展的路徑選擇提出對(duì)策。 本文重點(diǎn)論述以下幾個(gè)方面的內(nèi)容: (1)梳理當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)外城市群(城市圈)、大城市空間結(jié)構(gòu)、大城市周邊小城鎮(zhèn)、城際交通與城市群發(fā)展等方面的研究?jī)?nèi)容與思路,結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外城際鐵路建設(shè)的事件進(jìn)展,以及國(guó)內(nèi)外成功案例的經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié),,指出現(xiàn)有的研究的局限與不足。 (2)通過(guò)城際鐵路與航空、高速公路運(yùn)輸方式的比較,總結(jié)城際鐵路的主要特征及優(yōu)勢(shì),并從“城市圈——城市發(fā)展廊道——城市(小城鎮(zhèn))”三個(gè)層次分析城際鐵路對(duì)沿線地區(qū)發(fā)展的影響。 (3)從武漢城市圈這一宏觀地域范圍出發(fā),通過(guò)對(duì)城市圈近期建設(shè)的城際鐵路沿線地區(qū)站點(diǎn)小城鎮(zhèn)的實(shí)地調(diào)研、數(shù)據(jù)收集,采用定量分析的方法,對(duì)站點(diǎn)地區(qū)小城鎮(zhèn)的空間布局、現(xiàn)狀人口及產(chǎn)業(yè)和城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)進(jìn)行研究。 (4)深入研究影響武漢城市圈城鐵站點(diǎn)地區(qū)小城鎮(zhèn)的發(fā)展的各類(lèi)因素,采用聚類(lèi)分析的方法,將各類(lèi)因素劃分為內(nèi)部動(dòng)力和外部動(dòng)力兩大類(lèi),并在此基礎(chǔ)上劃分站點(diǎn)小城鎮(zhèn)的類(lèi)型。 (5)基于站點(diǎn)小城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展的動(dòng)力機(jī)制的研究,結(jié)合站點(diǎn)小城鎮(zhèn)的三種分類(lèi),闡述三種不同類(lèi)型的小城鎮(zhèn)未來(lái)發(fā)展的路徑選擇。
[Abstract]:In 21th century, city regionalization, Regional urbanization has become the current trend of urbanization in China. Taking urban agglomeration as the main body to promote the process of Chinatown urbanization has become an important choice for urbanization with Chinese characteristics. Development brings new opportunities, In particular, the improvement of traffic location conditions in small towns in the site area, the acceleration of the progress of industrial and population evacuation in large and medium-sized cities, has promoted the rapid development of small towns at stations. This paper adopts the method of combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis. Based on the analysis of the present situation of small towns in the intercity railway station area recently constructed in Wuhan City Circle, this paper sums up the motive mechanism of promoting the development of small towns, and puts forward some countermeasures for the future development of small towns. This paper focuses on the following aspects:. 1) combing the current research contents and ideas of urban agglomeration at home and abroad (urban circle, urban spatial structure, small towns around big cities, intercity traffic and development of urban agglomeration, etc.) and combining with the development of inter-city railway construction at home and abroad. As well as the experience of domestic and foreign successful cases, pointed out the limitations and shortcomings of the existing research. (2) to summarize the main characteristics and advantages of inter-city railway through the comparison of intercity railway, aviation and highway transportation mode, The influence of inter-city railway on the development of the area along the line is analyzed from the three levels of "urban circle-corridor of urban development-city (small town)". Starting from the macro regional scope of Wuhan City Circle, through the field investigation and data collection of the small towns and stations along the intercity railway areas recently constructed in the urban circle, the spatial layout of the small towns in the site areas is obtained by using the method of quantitative analysis. Current population and industry and urban construction are studied. (4) deeply studying the factors that affect the development of small towns in Wuhan City Circle, and classifying them into two categories: internal power and external power by cluster analysis. And on this basis divide the type of small town of station. 5) based on the research of the dynamic mechanism of the development of the small towns at the site, combined with the three kinds of classification of the small towns of the stations, this paper expounds the path choice of the future development of the three different types of small towns.
