【摘要】：在全球環(huán)境日益惡化、資源與能源不斷減少的今天，大力推廣可持續(xù)發(fā)展勢(shì)在必行。我國(guó)是人口大國(guó)，資源與能源浪費(fèi)嚴(yán)重，有些城市環(huán)境污染已經(jīng)到了非常嚴(yán)重的地步，如果不加以治理，后果不堪設(shè)想。為了改變這一局面，我國(guó)提出了要建立資源節(jié)約型、環(huán)境友好型社會(huì)的方針政策。隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，伴隨著高校擴(kuò)招的大力進(jìn)行，越來越多的人走進(jìn)大學(xué)校園接受高等教育，，而學(xué)生在大學(xué)校園里大部分時(shí)間是在學(xué)生公寓中度過的，因此，近年來高校學(xué)生公寓的建設(shè)越來越多，學(xué)生公寓不僅要滿足基本的使用功能的要求，更要在生態(tài)文明方面做出自己的貢獻(xiàn)，做到可持續(xù)發(fā)展。 高校學(xué)生公寓不應(yīng)該拘泥于以往傳統(tǒng)的高校宿舍型制，應(yīng)該給學(xué)生一個(gè)舒適的生活與學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境。學(xué)生公寓具有特定的功能，針對(duì)不同層次的學(xué)生需求，又需要設(shè)計(jì)類型多樣的使用空間，真正做到以人文本，還要注意節(jié)約資源與能源，保護(hù)環(huán)境，使建筑與環(huán)境共生。本文把綠色建筑理念應(yīng)用于高校學(xué)生公寓的建筑設(shè)計(jì)中，旨在為當(dāng)前大規(guī)模地學(xué)生公寓建設(shè)提出一種適合當(dāng)今社會(huì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的設(shè)計(jì)原則與方法，也為我國(guó)在環(huán)境保護(hù)、建筑節(jié)能方面提出一種設(shè)計(jì)思路。 本文主要探討綠色建筑理念下的北方高校學(xué)生公寓的建筑設(shè)計(jì)問題。以綠色建筑體系為主要框架，著重闡述了綠色建筑的特征，在此特征的基礎(chǔ)上，探討了綠色建筑的設(shè)計(jì)方法，即以適應(yīng)氣候和應(yīng)用適宜技術(shù)為主要設(shè)計(jì)方法，為研究北方高校學(xué)生公寓建筑設(shè)計(jì)奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。而后通過對(duì)某些學(xué)生公寓的實(shí)地調(diào)研，以學(xué)生生活區(qū)規(guī)劃和公寓單體建筑設(shè)計(jì)為出發(fā)點(diǎn)，分析了當(dāng)前存在的主要問題，提出了綠色建筑理念下的高校學(xué)生公寓設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)。最后分別從綠色建筑體系的五要素即需求、環(huán)境、形態(tài)、營(yíng)建和效益這幾個(gè)方面提出綠色建筑理念下的北方高校學(xué)生公寓的建筑設(shè)計(jì)原則及方法，并通過案例加以說明和論證。
[Abstract]:Today, when the global environment is deteriorating and resources and energy sources are decreasing, it is imperative to vigorously promote sustainable development. China is a large country with a large population, and the waste of resources and energy is serious, and some cities have reached a very serious level of environmental pollution. In order to change this situation, our country has put forward the principles and policies of establishing a resource-saving and environment-friendly society. With the development of our economy, with the development of our economy, with the vigorous expansion of university enrollment, More and more people go to the university campus to receive higher education, and students spend most of their time on the university campus in student apartments. Therefore, in recent years, more and more students' apartments have been built in colleges and universities. Students' apartments should not only meet the requirements of basic function, but also make their own contribution to ecological civilization to achieve sustainable development. Students' apartments in colleges and universities should not be confined to the traditional dormitory system in the past, but should give them a comfortable living and learning environment. The students' apartments have specific functions and cater to the needs of different levels of students. It also needs to design various types of use space, to truly achieve the human text, but also to pay attention to saving resources and energy, protecting the environment, making architecture and environment symbiosis. This paper applies the concept of green architecture to the architectural design of college students' apartments. The purpose of this paper is to put forward a design principle and method suitable for the sustainable development of the present society for the large-scale construction of student apartments, and also to put forward a design idea for our country in the aspects of environmental protection and building energy saving. This paper mainly discusses the architectural design of college students' apartments in North China under the concept of green architecture. Taking the green building system as the main frame, this paper emphatically expounds the characteristics of green building, and on the basis of the characteristics, This paper probes into the design method of green building, that is, taking adapting to the climate and applying suitable technology as the main design method, which lays a theoretical foundation for the study of the architectural design of college students' apartment in North China, and then through the field investigation of some student's apartments. Based on student living area planning and apartment building design, this paper analyzes the main problems existing at present, and puts forward the main points of college student apartment design under the concept of green building. Finally, from the five elements of green building system, that is, the demand, the author puts forward the main points of the design of college student apartment under the concept of green architecture. This paper puts forward the architectural design principles and methods of students' apartments in northern colleges and universities under the concept of green architecture from the aspects of environment, form, construction and efficiency.
