【摘要】：隨著旅游業(yè)向大眾化、產(chǎn)業(yè)化的快速發(fā)展,游客旅游經(jīng)驗(yàn)越來越豐富,業(yè)界與游客對于旅游服務(wù)質(zhì)量愈發(fā)重視。環(huán)境解說作為一項(xiàng)重要的旅游服務(wù)項(xiàng)目,承擔(dān)著傳遞旅游信息、開展環(huán)境教育和優(yōu)化目的地管理等多重功能,正逐步被認(rèn)知與認(rèn)同。地質(zhì)公園以其在地質(zhì)遺跡保護(hù)、科普教育、環(huán)境教育等方面的特殊要求,導(dǎo)致環(huán)境解說系統(tǒng)作用更為凸顯。本文旨在已有的大量環(huán)境解說研究的基礎(chǔ)上,探討一種科學(xué)的、具有操作性的地質(zhì)公園環(huán)境解說系統(tǒng)評估模型,為地質(zhì)公園提供環(huán)境解說評估工具包,從而優(yōu)化地質(zhì)公園解說服務(wù),提高游客滿意度,帶動(dòng)景區(qū)管理水平提升。 研究從評估方法的選擇、指標(biāo)體系的建立、評估數(shù)據(jù)的采集、指標(biāo)權(quán)重的確定、評估方程的構(gòu)建和評估結(jié)果的界定六個(gè)方面構(gòu)建地質(zhì)公園環(huán)境解說系統(tǒng)評估模型。評估模型選擇IPA法作為評估模型的基準(zhǔn)評估方法,構(gòu)建了解說員、解說牌、游客中心／地質(zhì)博物館、公園信息資料、參與式項(xiàng)目五大類的指標(biāo)體系和24個(gè)具體指標(biāo),提出指標(biāo)體系中準(zhǔn)則層和各項(xiàng)具體指標(biāo)的權(quán)重計(jì)算公式,構(gòu)建地質(zhì)公園環(huán)境解說系統(tǒng)評估方程,明確結(jié)果界定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。實(shí)證研究了云臺山地質(zhì)公園環(huán)境解說系統(tǒng),測定云臺山地質(zhì)公園環(huán)境結(jié)解說系統(tǒng)得分S=4.02319,表明云臺山地質(zhì)公園環(huán)境解說表現(xiàn)優(yōu)秀,針對存在的不足,提出了加強(qiáng)解說員業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)和服務(wù)意識培訓(xùn)、優(yōu)化解說牌的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)和內(nèi)容的設(shè)置、突出地質(zhì)博物館位置和展示方式的設(shè)計(jì)、增加公園信息資料的發(fā)放和解說的效果和提高參與式項(xiàng)目的豐富程度和策劃水平五個(gè)方面的具體建議。 本研究的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)包括：第一,在已有的研究基礎(chǔ)上,通過專家意見和預(yù)調(diào)研,建立了地質(zhì)公園環(huán)境解說評估指標(biāo)體系；第二,優(yōu)化IPA方法,以游客對指標(biāo)重要性感知確定了指標(biāo)體系準(zhǔn)則層和各具體指標(biāo)的權(quán)重計(jì)算方式,構(gòu)建了地質(zhì)公園環(huán)境解說評估方程；第三,明確了評估結(jié)果界定標(biāo)準(zhǔn),并對指標(biāo)所處的不同狀態(tài)擬定了改進(jìn)建議工具包。
[Abstract]:With the popularization of tourism industry and the rapid development of industrialization, tourists have more and more experience in tourism. The industry and tourists pay more and more attention to the quality of tourism services. As an important tourism service project, environmental interpretation is responsible for transmitting tourism information. Developing environmental education and optimizing destination management and other multi-functions are gradually recognized and recognized. Geopark with its special requirements in geological heritage protection, popular science education, environmental education, etc. The purpose of this paper is to discuss a scientific and operable evaluation model of environmental interpretation system for geopark based on a large number of environmental interpretation studies. It provides the environment explanation evaluation kit for geopark, thus optimizes the geopark explanation service, enhances the tourist satisfaction, promotes the scenic spot management level enhancement. The research includes the selection of evaluation method, the establishment of index system, the collection of evaluation data, the determination of index weight, The evaluation model of environmental interpretation system of geopark is constructed in six aspects of the construction of evaluation equation and the definition of evaluation result. The evaluation model selects IPA method as the benchmark evaluation method of the evaluation model, and constructs the interpreter, explanation board, and the evaluation model. Tourist center / geological museum, park information materials, index system of five major categories of participatory projects and 24 specific indicators, and put forward the calculation formula of weight of criterion layer and each specific index in the index system, The environmental interpretation system of Yuntai Mountain Geopark is studied empirically by constructing the evaluation equation of environmental interpretation system and defining the standard of the result. The score of environmental interpretation system of Yuntai Mountain Geopark is 4.02319, which indicates that the environmental interpretation of Yuntai Mountain Geopark is excellent. In view of the shortcomings, the paper puts forward to strengthen the training of professional quality and service consciousness of the interpreter. Optimizing the planning and design of the explanation board and setting up the content, highlighting the design of the location and display mode of the geological museum, Some concrete suggestions are put forward to increase the effect of distributing and explaining the information materials of the park and to improve the richness and planning level of the participatory projects. The innovations of this study include: first, on the basis of the existing research, through expert advice and pre-investigation, set up a geopark environmental interpretation evaluation index system; second, optimize the IPA method, Based on the tourists' perception of the importance of the indicators, the criterion layer of the index system and the weight calculation method of each specific index are determined, and the environmental interpretation and evaluation equation of the geopark is constructed. Thirdly, the criteria for defining the evaluation results are defined. An improved toolbox is developed for the different states of the indicators.
