【摘要】:天津?yàn)I海新區(qū)被納入國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略以來,拉動(dòng)了天津經(jīng)濟(jì),尤其是建筑建設(shè)規(guī)模逐年增多和增大,造成建筑業(yè)的發(fā)展勢(shì)頭強(qiáng)勁。僅2011年總的建設(shè)規(guī)模就突破了1億平方米,成為了我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的第三增長(zhǎng)級(jí)。在國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的推動(dòng)下,傳統(tǒng)的建筑項(xiàng)目已經(jīng)不能滿足濱海新區(qū)的發(fā)展要求,取而代之的是深基坑、大跨度、高層、超高層的大項(xiàng)目,雖然在科技浪潮的推動(dòng)下改進(jìn)的施工技術(shù)、創(chuàng)新性的施工工藝以及具有更加優(yōu)勢(shì)的新型建筑材料被廣泛應(yīng)用與天津?yàn)I海新區(qū)的建設(shè)中,這些新型的大建筑項(xiàng)目施工難度和工程風(fēng)險(xiǎn)也被大大提高了,從而引發(fā)的工程質(zhì)量問題成為了社會(huì)關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)和熱點(diǎn),也是從業(yè)者關(guān)心的最主要的問題之一 本文以“XX工程施工質(zhì)量控制”為研究對(duì)象,將質(zhì)量控制的理論、過程、方法與要素運(yùn)用于該項(xiàng)目實(shí)施的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),用以分析項(xiàng)目建設(shè)過程中具體的質(zhì)量控制方案。從施工組織管理、施工工序控制和施工質(zhì)量控制等幾方面,對(duì)整個(gè)工程的質(zhì)量目標(biāo)和質(zhì)量控制方案、質(zhì)量控制的動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)控過程和質(zhì)量偏差分析方法等進(jìn)行介紹,重點(diǎn)從施工組織管理、施工設(shè)計(jì)控制、材料控制和施工技術(shù)控制等方面進(jìn)行分析,尤其是對(duì)如何科學(xué)合理地處理進(jìn)度、質(zhì)量和造價(jià)三者之間關(guān)系,對(duì)妥善安排施工工期和工序穿插等施工技術(shù)的改進(jìn)進(jìn)行了探討,提出本工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理水平的措施。并以現(xiàn)澆樓板的施工質(zhì)量控制為例,重點(diǎn)分析了施工過程中樓板的裂縫控制,最后對(duì)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制的實(shí)施做了評(píng)價(jià),總結(jié)了控制中的成功因素,提出了關(guān)于施工質(zhì)量控制的發(fā)展建議及亟待解決的問題。 本文肯定了質(zhì)量控制的重要作用,同時(shí)針對(duì)質(zhì)量控制管理存在的問題和不足,提出了一些改進(jìn)措施,希望能從行業(yè)管理、企業(yè)自律和政府監(jiān)管等幾個(gè)層面對(duì)建筑項(xiàng)目加強(qiáng)管理,規(guī)范質(zhì)量行為,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)工程質(zhì)量管理全程控制。
[Abstract]:Since Tianjin Binhai New area was incorporated into the national economic development strategy, it has stimulated Tianjin's economy, especially the construction scale has increased and increased year by year, resulting in a strong development momentum of the construction industry. In 2011 alone, the total construction scale exceeded 100 million square meters. It has become the third growth level of China's economic development. Under the impetus of the national economic development strategy, the traditional construction projects can no longer meet the development requirements of the Binhai New area. Instead, they are replaced by deep foundation pits, large spans, and high buildings. Although the construction technology, innovative construction technology and new building materials with more advantages have been widely used in the construction of Tianjin Binhai New area, driven by the tide of science and technology, The construction difficulty and engineering risk of these new large construction projects have also been greatly increased, thus the engineering quality problems caused by them have become the focus and hot spot of the society, and are also one of the most important problems concerned by practitioners. Taking "XX Project Construction quality Control" as the research object, this paper applies the theory, process, method and elements of the quality control to every link of the project implementation. It is used to analyze the concrete quality control scheme in the process of project construction. From the aspects of construction organization and management, construction procedure control and construction quality control, the quality objectives and quality control schemes of the whole project are analyzed. The dynamic monitoring process of quality control and the analysis method of quality deviation are introduced, especially from the aspects of construction organization management, construction design control, material control and construction technology control, etc. In particular, how to deal with the relationship among progress, quality and cost scientifically and reasonably is discussed, and the improvement of construction technology, such as arranging construction time limit and process intercalation, is discussed. This paper puts forward the measures of the quality management level of the project, and taking the construction quality control of cast-in-place floor as an example, analyzes emphatically the crack control of the floor during the construction process, and finally evaluates the implementation of the project quality control. This paper summarizes the successful factors in the control, and puts forward some suggestions on the development of construction quality control and the problems to be solved urgently. This paper affirms the important role of quality control, and at the same time, aiming at the problems and shortcomings of quality control management, puts forward some improvement measures, hoping to be able to manage from the industry. Enterprise self-discipline and government supervision strengthen the management of construction project and standardize the quality behavior so as to realize the whole process control of project quality management.
