以污泥、建筑垃圾為基料制備高強輕質發(fā)泡環(huán)保陶瓷板

【摘要】:以建筑垃圾、污泥或河道底泥等固體廢棄物為基料,通過探討燒成條件、固相(包括骨料和玻璃碎片)、動物發(fā)泡劑、膨潤土對于發(fā)泡陶瓷板發(fā)泡情況以及吸水率、顯氣孔率、密度、抗壓強度等性能指標的影響,確定了比較理想的配方和燒成工藝條件,原料配方(質量百分比)為:建筑垃圾、污泥混合骨料∶廢玻璃碎片∶動物發(fā)泡劑∶膨潤土=70%∶20%∶(5%~7%)∶(5%~7%);燒制工藝條件為:預熱溫度700℃,預熱時間40 min,燒成溫度1 200℃左右,燒成時間30 min。獲得了最佳發(fā)泡陶瓷性能指標:吸水率1.62%,顯氣孔率70.12%,抗壓強度5.12 MPa,體積密度0.48 g/cm3,產品性能達到甚至優(yōu)于國家相關標準。所研制的具有防水、保溫性能的高強輕質發(fā)泡陶瓷板,不僅擺脫了原材料的限制,使得成本大幅降低,同時還將固廢資源化,改善環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:Taking solid waste such as construction waste, sludge or river bottom mud as base material, solid phase (including aggregates and glass fragments, animal foaming agent, bentonite for foaming of foamed ceramic plates and water absorption rate) were discussed. The effect of density, compressive strength and other performance indexes, the ideal formula and sintering process conditions have been determined.
