【摘要】：隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的進(jìn)步，越來(lái)越多的人由原來(lái)的體力勞動(dòng)步入腦力勞動(dòng)的行業(yè)，促使人們一天之中至少有三分之一的時(shí)間去面對(duì)辦公環(huán)境。研究調(diào)查顯示目前辦公環(huán)境中的有害物質(zhì)，已經(jīng)引起部分員工患有“致病建筑物綜合癥”，產(chǎn)生一些負(fù)面健康效應(yīng)，導(dǎo)致生產(chǎn)力下降。所以減少辦公環(huán)境中有害物質(zhì)的綠色室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)研究具有重要的社會(huì)意義和實(shí)用價(jià)值。 通過(guò)參考文獻(xiàn)資料以及對(duì)西安辦公環(huán)境的問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、儀器測(cè)試、數(shù)據(jù)分析等方法完成此項(xiàng)研究。 辦公環(huán)境的綠色室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)是現(xiàn)代辦公環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)發(fā)展的必然趨勢(shì)，它應(yīng)該貫穿于設(shè)計(jì)、施工管理以及后期維護(hù)。本文首先分析辦公環(huán)境發(fā)展的歷史及演進(jìn)中存在的空氣質(zhì)量問(wèn)題，總結(jié)出目前辦公環(huán)境中存在的主要有害物質(zhì)來(lái)源、危害以及注意事項(xiàng)。其次通過(guò)對(duì)西安辦公環(huán)境調(diào)研分析發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題、解決問(wèn)題。最后在學(xué)習(xí)借鑒不同歷史時(shí)期辦公環(huán)境理念優(yōu)點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合目前辦公環(huán)境中存在的主要有害物質(zhì)和實(shí)際調(diào)研中發(fā)現(xiàn)的空氣質(zhì)量問(wèn)題，來(lái)研究適合于今天工作行為方式的能有效減少辦公環(huán)境中有害物質(zhì)的綠色室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)。即根據(jù)辦公環(huán)境使用性質(zhì)選擇合適的辦公型式種類(lèi)，如“分”公司、賓館式、共享辦公、遠(yuǎn)程辦公等，來(lái)進(jìn)行合理的空間規(guī)劃的理念，這樣就可以根據(jù)不同使用人群的行為方式，進(jìn)行多種辦公型式相結(jié)合的設(shè)計(jì)，可有效實(shí)現(xiàn)辦公空間的多元化，如工作空間的擴(kuò)大和上班人員的減少，可以為員工提供更多綠化和休息空間的設(shè)計(jì)以及更多新鮮空氣，從而達(dá)到一種生態(tài)平衡，進(jìn)而提高辦公環(huán)境的空氣質(zhì)量。再?lài)@這一理念展開(kāi)的界面設(shè)計(jì)、綠化與水景設(shè)計(jì)、辦公家具設(shè)計(jì)、辦公文化設(shè)計(jì)、綠色裝飾材料的使用，以及與技術(shù)相結(jié)合的綠色室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)來(lái)共同營(yíng)造一個(gè)舒適健康的辦公環(huán)境，，同時(shí)這一理念也為設(shè)計(jì)師提供新的設(shè)計(jì)思路。本課題的研究，具有前期投入比較多，經(jīng)濟(jì)效益回收相對(duì)緩慢的特點(diǎn)，但對(duì)辦公人員和社會(huì)而言，具有節(jié)約資源、有益健康等長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)的社會(huì)價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the progress of science and technology, more and more people have moved from manual labor to mental work. At least 1/3 hours of the day are spent in the office environment. Research shows that harmful substances in the current office environment have caused some employees to suffer from "disease building syndrome", with some negative health effects. Therefore, it is of great social significance and practical value to study the green interior design of reducing the harmful substances in the office environment. The research is completed by reference, questionnaire survey, instrument test and data analysis in Xi'an office environment. The green interior design of office environment is the inevitable trend of the development of modern office environment design, and it should run through the design. Construction management and later maintenance. This paper first analyzes the history of office environment development and evolution of air quality problems, summed up the current office environment in the main sources of harmful substances, Secondly, through the investigation and analysis of Xi'an office environment to find out the problems and solve the problems. Finally, on the basis of learning the advantages of the office environment concept in different historical periods, Combined with the main harmful substances existing in the current office environment and the air quality problems found in the actual investigation, To study the green interior design that can effectively reduce the harmful substances in the office environment, which is suitable for today's work behavior. That is, according to the nature of the office environment, choose the appropriate office types, such as "sub-company", guesthouse type, shared office, Telecommuting, etc., to carry out reasonable space planning concept, so that according to the behavior of different users, we can design a combination of various office types, can effectively achieve the diversity of office space, Such as the expansion of the workspace and the decrease in the number of workers, can provide more greening and rest space design and more fresh air, thus achieving an ecological balance. Then improve the air quality of the office environment. Then around this concept of interface design, greening and waterscape design, office furniture design, office culture design, the use of green decorative materials, And the green interior design combined with technology to create a comfortable and healthy office environment, at the same time, this concept also provides a new design ideas for designers. The recovery of economic benefits is relatively slow, but it has the long-term social value of saving resources and good health for office workers and the society.
