【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速增長(zhǎng)，我國(guó)建筑業(yè)也得到突飛猛進(jìn)的發(fā)展。但是從我國(guó)近幾年建筑行業(yè)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r來看，施工過程中隱藏著眾多不安全因素，安全生產(chǎn)的傷亡事故仍然有很大比例。因此如何提高建筑施工安全管理水平是當(dāng)前的迫切任務(wù)，隨之產(chǎn)生的研究課題也得到了國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者的廣泛關(guān)注與重視。對(duì)建筑工程施工安全進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)為施工企業(yè)安全管理水平的提高提供了科學(xué)方法和有效手段。 本文首先對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外建筑工程施工安全管理現(xiàn)狀、國(guó)內(nèi)外安全評(píng)價(jià)研究現(xiàn)狀、現(xiàn)有建筑施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安全綜合評(píng)價(jià)的方法進(jìn)行了深入的理論探索與實(shí)踐研究。然后從現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安全檢查和項(xiàng)目固有風(fēng)險(xiǎn)大小兩方面進(jìn)行細(xì)化，結(jié)合我國(guó)建設(shè)部頒布的10版《施工企業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》中的各項(xiàng)安全評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)，，建立了一套更新的包含了21個(gè)影響建筑工程安全的主要指標(biāo)的建筑安全評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系，對(duì)影響建筑工程施工安全狀況的眾多因素進(jìn)行了論述，并且在建立好的建筑工程施工安全評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的基礎(chǔ)上，運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)分析與模糊數(shù)學(xué)結(jié)合的方法，構(gòu)建了建筑工程施工安全評(píng)價(jià)模型。最后結(jié)合建筑工程實(shí)例，所建立的指標(biāo)體系和評(píng)價(jià)模型，對(duì)該項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行施工安全評(píng)價(jià)，并對(duì)相關(guān)研究工作進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:With the rapid growth of our national economy, the construction industry of our country has also been developing by leaps and bounds. But judging from the development of construction industry in China in recent years, there are many unsafe factors hidden in the construction process. There is still a large proportion of casualties in production safety. Therefore, how to improve the level of construction safety management is an urgent task. The following research topics have been widely paid attention to by scholars at home and abroad. The evaluation of construction safety provides a scientific method and an effective means to improve the safety management level of construction enterprises. In this paper, first of all, the current situation of construction safety management at home and abroad, the status quo of safety evaluation research at home and abroad, The existing methods of comprehensive evaluation of construction site safety are studied in theory and practice, and then detailed from the aspects of site safety inspection and project inherent risk. Combined with the safety evaluation indexes in the 10th edition of the Construction Enterprise Safety Evaluation Standard issued by the Ministry of Construction of China, a set of updated building safety evaluation index systems including 21 main indexes affecting the safety of construction projects are established. This paper discusses many factors that affect the construction safety of building engineering, and on the basis of establishing a good evaluation index of construction safety of building engineering, the method of combining system analysis with fuzzy mathematics is used. The construction safety evaluation model of construction engineering is constructed. Finally, the index system and evaluation model are established, and the related research work is prospected.
