【摘要】：“城中村”是在經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展、城市化不斷推進(jìn)的過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的一種特有的現(xiàn)象。由于城市社區(qū)的規(guī)劃與管理模式并不完全適用于“城中村”,城中村的規(guī)劃和管理大多處于混亂和無(wú)序的狀態(tài),“城中村”問(wèn)題日益顯現(xiàn)。隨著城市的擴(kuò)張和居民對(duì)提高生活質(zhì)量需求的增長(zhǎng),“城中村”已日趨成為影響城市規(guī)劃實(shí)施和城市功能發(fā)揮的主要問(wèn)題。 縱觀國(guó)內(nèi)大小城市,實(shí)施“城中村”改造成為各城市解決自身“城”、“村”矛盾的必然選擇,廣泛開(kāi)展的“城中村”改造活動(dòng)積累了大量有益的經(jīng)驗(yàn)與教訓(xùn)；而眾多城市規(guī)劃及相關(guān)學(xué)科領(lǐng)域的專(zhuān)家、學(xué)者也以“城中村”改造作為研究的一個(gè)重要方向,對(duì)“城中村”改造進(jìn)行了經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、文化等多角度的審視,提出了規(guī)劃與管理的模式與具體措施。 本論文,選取象山縣中心城區(qū)的城中村改造為主要研究對(duì)象,在借鑒相關(guān)研究與實(shí)踐的基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)象山縣城中村中出現(xiàn)的諸多問(wèn)題,進(jìn)行細(xì)致深入的分析,研究問(wèn)題的成因,探討城中村改造的必要性,并以此為基礎(chǔ),提出“城中村”改造的策略與建議。論文觀點(diǎn)鮮明地提出——“城中村”改造應(yīng)因地制宜、因村而異、應(yīng)緊密結(jié)合城市發(fā)展的總體目標(biāo),同時(shí)又注重保持村莊自身的特色,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)“城”與“村”的全面、協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展與可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:"Village in city" is a special phenomenon in the process of rapid economic development and urbanization. Because the planning and management mode of urban community is not fully applicable to "village in city". The planning and management of villages in cities are mostly in a state of chaos and disorder, and the problem of "villages in cities" is becoming increasingly apparent. With the expansion of cities and the increase of residents' demand for improving the quality of life. Village in city has become the main problem which affects the implementation of urban planning and the function of city. Throughout the domestic cities, the implementation of the "village in the city" transformation into each city to solve their own "city", "village" of the inevitable choice. Extensive "village in the city" reform activities accumulated a large number of useful experiences and lessons; Many experts and scholars in the field of urban planning and related disciplines also take the transformation of "village in city" as an important direction of research, and have carried on the economic, social, cultural and other aspects of economic, social, cultural and other aspects of the transformation of "village in the city". The mode and concrete measures of planning and management are put forward. In this paper, we select Xiangshan County as the main research object of urban village transformation, on the basis of relevant research and practice, in view of Xiangshan County in the village of many problems, detailed and in-depth analysis. This paper studies the causes of the problem, probes into the necessity of the transformation of the village in the city, and puts forward the strategies and suggestions for the transformation of the village in the city on the basis of it. The paper points out clearly that the transformation of the village in the city should be adapted to the local conditions. Different from village, we should closely combine the overall goal of urban development, at the same time pay attention to maintain the characteristics of the village itself, so as to achieve the "city" and "village" comprehensive, coordinated development and sustainable development.
