中國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)住宅建筑能耗及與發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的對(duì)比研究

【摘要】:本論文的研究目標(biāo)在于系統(tǒng)分析中國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)住宅(除北方集中采暖外)能耗的現(xiàn)狀、特點(diǎn)、影響因素,通過(guò)中外對(duì)比,借鑒發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn),來(lái)指導(dǎo)中國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)住宅的可持續(xù)發(fā)展路線與建筑節(jié)能工作的方向。 針對(duì)上述目標(biāo),論文對(duì)四個(gè)國(guó)家(中國(guó)、美國(guó)、日本和意大利),從三個(gè)維度(宏觀、中觀和微觀)來(lái)采集住宅建筑的能耗數(shù)據(jù),數(shù)據(jù)采集的方法主要包括:文獻(xiàn)調(diào)研、宏觀模型計(jì)算、大范圍的問(wèn)卷調(diào)研與訪談、住宅測(cè)試與案例分析、住宅用能系統(tǒng)的測(cè)試與專題研究、開(kāi)展國(guó)際合作數(shù)據(jù)共享。 基于大量的實(shí)際數(shù)據(jù),首先對(duì)中國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)住宅建筑及能耗進(jìn)行了綜述,包括中國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)住宅目前的建筑規(guī)模、能耗現(xiàn)狀以各個(gè)分項(xiàng)的特點(diǎn)與影響因素。然后對(duì)中外的住宅能耗進(jìn)行橫向?qū)Ρ,分析住宅建筑能耗總量與強(qiáng)度的差異,接下來(lái)通過(guò)大量的調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)與案例測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)剖析中外建筑能耗差異的原因,進(jìn)一步從發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家住宅建筑能耗歷史增長(zhǎng)的原因來(lái)支持這一結(jié)論。 通過(guò)以上對(duì)中國(guó)現(xiàn)狀的清晰認(rèn)識(shí)和中外差異的剖析和原因總結(jié),對(duì)中國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)住宅的可持續(xù)性發(fā)展進(jìn)行思考:為了實(shí)現(xiàn)小康水平的生活質(zhì)量,同時(shí)也能夠滿足我國(guó)未來(lái)的能源資源總量限制,實(shí)現(xiàn)我國(guó)住宅建筑的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,我國(guó)的住宅建筑節(jié)能就應(yīng)該避免盲目地以發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家既定的建筑舒適性和服務(wù)質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為目標(biāo),而應(yīng)該順應(yīng)我國(guó)居民的生活方式與使用模式,逐步建立以實(shí)際能耗量控制的政策體系,不斷完善建筑能耗的科學(xué)定義方式、各類建筑的定額控制目標(biāo),以及配套的管理與實(shí)施體系,,同時(shí)發(fā)展適宜我國(guó)目前生活方式與使用模式的技術(shù)體系,進(jìn)行技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)居民生活水平的提升和生態(tài)文明建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to systematically analyze the present situation, characteristics and influencing factors of energy consumption of urban residential buildings in China (except concentrated heating in the north), and learn from the experience and lessons of developed countries through the comparison between China and foreign countries. To guide the sustainable development of urban housing in China and the direction of building energy conservation. In view of the above objectives, the paper collects energy consumption data of residential buildings from three dimensions (macro, meso and micro) in four countries (China, the United States, Japan and Italy). The methods of data acquisition mainly include: literature research, macro model calculation, questionnaire survey and interview, residential testing and case analysis, residential energy system testing and special research. Develop international cooperation data sharing. Based on a large number of actual data, this paper first summarizes the urban residential buildings and energy consumption in China, including the current scale of urban residential buildings in China. The present situation of energy consumption is based on the characteristics of each sub-item and the influencing factors. Then the difference between the total energy consumption and the intensity of residential buildings is analyzed by comparing the domestic and foreign residential energy consumption horizontally. Then through a large number of research data and case test data to analyze the reasons for the difference in building energy consumption between China and foreign countries, and further support this conclusion from the reasons of the historical growth of residential building energy consumption in developed countries. Through the above clear understanding of the current situation of China and the differences between China and foreign analysis and reason summary, the sustainable development of urban housing in China is considered: in order to achieve the quality of life of well-off level. At the same time, it can meet the limit of energy resources in the future, and realize the sustainable development of residential buildings in our country. China's residential energy saving should avoid blindly taking the established building comfort and service quality standards of developed countries as the goal, and should conform to the life style and usage mode of Chinese residents. Gradually establish the actual energy consumption control policy system, constantly improve the scientific definition of building energy consumption, all kinds of building quota control objectives, as well as supporting management and implementation system. At the same time, we should develop the technology system suitable for our country's current life style and use mode, carry on the technical innovation, to realize the improvement of the resident's living standard and the construction of the ecological civilization.
