【摘要】:本課題研究的主要內(nèi)容就是通過(guò)在實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展目標(biāo)下,對(duì)綠色建筑評(píng)價(jià)體系系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行理論探討,提出綠色建筑評(píng)價(jià)體系建立的原則,,實(shí)施步驟和方法,并且結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)綠色建筑評(píng)價(jià)體系的研究現(xiàn)狀與實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)我國(guó)綠色建筑評(píng)價(jià)體系的實(shí)施與完善提出具體意見(jiàn)和未來(lái)展望。 對(duì)我國(guó)目前的綠色建筑評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行研究,我們發(fā)現(xiàn)相關(guān)研究?jī)?nèi)容大部分是以住宅和公共建筑為主要目標(biāo),尚未有以工業(yè)廠房為針對(duì)對(duì)象的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),有鑒于此本文基于全生命周期的原則,結(jié)合我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)節(jié)能減排的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),從不同角度對(duì)典型的評(píng)價(jià)體系進(jìn)行全面比較,并列表對(duì)比其異同點(diǎn),并結(jié)合各國(guó)的具體國(guó)情對(duì)各國(guó)指標(biāo)體系的不同內(nèi)容進(jìn)行深入分析研究;趯(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外綠色建筑評(píng)價(jià)體系的分析和比較,本文從建筑的全壽命周期出發(fā),結(jié)合系統(tǒng)工程和循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)理論,以工業(yè)廠房為實(shí)例,建立基于LCA構(gòu)建工業(yè)廠房綠色建筑的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)框架。通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)以及國(guó)外關(guān)于綠色評(píng)價(jià)體系的總結(jié)和借鑒,以定性和定量指標(biāo)相結(jié)合的思路,整個(gè)建筑的全生命過(guò)程中,建立一套符合我國(guó)現(xiàn)階段國(guó)情的綠色建筑指標(biāo)評(píng)價(jià)體系和方法,利用該體系對(duì)工業(yè)廠房綠色建筑進(jìn)行實(shí)踐指導(dǎo),同時(shí)更為工業(yè)建筑市場(chǎng)提供了有效的規(guī)范和制約,為引導(dǎo)工業(yè)建筑向節(jié)能、環(huán)保、綠色、健康的軌道發(fā)展。 最后文章還簡(jiǎn)要介紹了綠色建筑實(shí)施的方法和策略,以評(píng)價(jià)來(lái)促進(jìn)實(shí)際建設(shè)使評(píng)價(jià)體系由認(rèn)證導(dǎo)向型向設(shè)計(jì)導(dǎo)向型和實(shí)施導(dǎo)向型轉(zhuǎn)變。綠色建筑是一個(gè)復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng)工程,需要多學(xué)科互相密切配合完成,綜合解決問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:The main content of this research is to put forward the principles, implementation steps and methods of the establishment of green building evaluation system through the theoretical discussion on the evaluation system of green building under the goal of sustainable development. Combined with the research status and practical experience of the green building evaluation system at home and abroad, the paper puts forward the concrete opinions and future prospects for the implementation and improvement of the green building evaluation system in China. We find that most of the relevant research contents are mainly aimed at housing and public buildings, but there is no standard for industrial buildings. In view of this, based on the principle of the whole life cycle, combined with the development trend of energy saving and emission reduction in economic construction in China, this paper makes a comprehensive comparison of the typical evaluation system from different angles, and compares its similarities and differences in parallel tables. Based on the analysis and comparison of the evaluation system of green building at home and abroad, this paper starts from the whole life cycle of the building. Combined with the theory of system engineering and circular economy, the industrial plant is taken as an example. This paper establishes the evaluation index framework of green building of industrial factory building based on LCA. Through summing up and drawing lessons from the green evaluation system both at home and abroad, this paper combines qualitative and quantitative indicators. In the whole life process of the whole building, establish a set of green building index evaluation system and method in accordance with the current situation of our country, and use this system to guide the green building of industrial workshop. At the same time, the industrial construction market provides effective norms and constraints to guide the industrial building to energy conservation, environmental protection, green, healthy track development. Finally, the article also briefly introduces the green building implementation methods and strategies. To promote the actual construction by evaluation, the evaluation system is transformed from certification oriented to design-oriented and implementation-oriented. Green building is a complex system engineering, which needs the close cooperation of various disciplines. Solve problems comprehensively.
