【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)圈作為現(xiàn)代城市發(fā)展中的重要的空間單元，它的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展是推動城市與區(qū)域發(fā)展的強(qiáng)勁發(fā)動機(jī)。經(jīng)濟(jì)圈的形成和成長存在著自然的規(guī)律，因此，經(jīng)濟(jì)圈圈研究首先應(yīng)明確其生長規(guī)律和培育的方法。深入的培育機(jī)制研究是保證區(qū)域內(nèi)城市實(shí)現(xiàn)合理功能整合與區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵。 當(dāng)前合肥經(jīng)濟(jì)圈正處于培育期和波動期，成員城市不斷增加，空間范圍不斷擴(kuò)大。如何有效培育合肥經(jīng)濟(jì)圈，，促使內(nèi)部城市間相互依存，密切聯(lián)系，是實(shí)現(xiàn)合肥經(jīng)濟(jì)圈發(fā)展成為聯(lián)動區(qū)域的增長極目標(biāo)的關(guān)鍵所在�；诔鞘虚g相互聯(lián)系的視角總結(jié)合肥經(jīng)濟(jì)圈的空間結(jié)構(gòu)特征，判斷其要素緊密聯(lián)系的影響因素，進(jìn)而確定合肥經(jīng)濟(jì)圈的培育機(jī)制，最后制定相應(yīng)的發(fā)展措施，這對于引導(dǎo)合肥經(jīng)濟(jì)圈健康良性的發(fā)展具有積極意義。 結(jié)合地理學(xué)的相關(guān)理論，利用定量與定性相結(jié)合的方法，對合肥經(jīng)濟(jì)圈的空間結(jié)構(gòu)以及其培育機(jī)制進(jìn)行較為深入的研究。首先，回顧和總結(jié)國內(nèi)外對經(jīng)濟(jì)圈空間結(jié)構(gòu)和經(jīng)濟(jì)圈演進(jìn)研究的成果，提出判斷合肥經(jīng)濟(jì)圈空間結(jié)構(gòu)的方法，并依據(jù)獲取的數(shù)據(jù)資料進(jìn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系度分析、可達(dá)性分析、城市流分析與要素聯(lián)系差異性評價(jià)，綜合確定合肥經(jīng)濟(jì)圈的空間結(jié)構(gòu)特征和空間聯(lián)系存在的問題。其次，基于合肥經(jīng)濟(jì)圈目前的成長階段和未來發(fā)展的目標(biāo)取向，確定合肥經(jīng)濟(jì)圈的培育機(jī)制：即中心城市集聚與擴(kuò)散機(jī)制、政府調(diào)控機(jī)制、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施支撐機(jī)制和社會文化融合機(jī)制。最后，根據(jù)所確定的培育機(jī)制有針對地制定合肥經(jīng)濟(jì)圈協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的實(shí)施措施。 通過對合肥經(jīng)濟(jì)圈空間結(jié)構(gòu)特征及培育機(jī)制的個(gè)案研究，豐富我國城市和區(qū)域空間發(fā)展理論研究，探索空間結(jié)構(gòu)特征判定的新方法，并為其他同類經(jīng)濟(jì)圈發(fā)展建設(shè)提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:As an important spatial unit in the development of modern cities, the coordinated development of economic circles is a powerful engine to promote the development of cities and regions. Therefore, the formation and growth of economic circles have natural laws. The research on economic circle should first clarify its growth law and cultivation method, and the deep research on cultivation mechanism is the key to ensure the rational functional integration and regional coordinated development of the cities in the region. At present, Hefei economic circle is in the period of cultivation and fluctuation, the member cities are increasing and the space scope is expanding. How to effectively cultivate the Hefei economic circle and promote the internal cities to depend on each other closely. It is the key to realize the development of Hefei economic circle to become the growth pole goal of the linked region. Based on the view of interrelation between cities, this paper summarizes the spatial structure characteristics of Hefei economic circle, and judges the influencing factors of the close connection of its elements. Furthermore, the cultivation mechanism of Hefei economic circle is determined, and the corresponding development measures are worked out, which is of positive significance to guide the healthy and benign development of Hefei economic circle. Combined with the theory of geography, the spatial structure of Hefei economic circle and its cultivation mechanism are studied deeply by the combination of quantitative and qualitative methods. This paper reviews and summarizes the achievements of the research on the spatial structure and evolution of economic circle at home and abroad, puts forward a method to judge the spatial structure of economic circle in Hefei, and analyzes the degree of economic connection according to the obtained data. Accessibility analysis, urban flow analysis and the evaluation of the difference between the elements, comprehensively determine the characteristics of the spatial structure of Hefei economic circle and the problems of spatial linkages. Secondly. Based on the current growth stage of Hefei economic circle and the goal orientation of future development, this paper determines the cultivation mechanism of Hefei economic circle, that is, the central city agglomeration and diffusion mechanism, the government regulation and control mechanism. The supporting mechanism of infrastructure and the mechanism of social and cultural integration. Finally, according to the established cultivation mechanism, there are implementation measures for the coordinated development of Hefei economic circle. Through the case study on the spatial structure characteristics and cultivation mechanism of Hefei economic circle, this paper enriches the theoretical study of urban and regional spatial development in China, and explores a new method for determining the spatial structure characteristics. And for other similar economic circle development and construction to provide reference.
