【摘要】：本文以大型城市綜合體商業(yè)動(dòng)線為主要研究對(duì)象，通過(guò)對(duì)其動(dòng)線構(gòu)成的分析，總結(jié)出各組成元素之間的聯(lián)系，并結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外城市綜合體商業(yè)動(dòng)線的設(shè)計(jì)理論與實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)，對(duì)商業(yè)動(dòng)線成功的要素進(jìn)行研究探討。 在當(dāng)今社會(huì)，人們不僅僅滿足于對(duì)物質(zhì)的需求，同時(shí)會(huì)更加注重對(duì)精神感官世界的追求。本文以國(guó)內(nèi)外城市綜合體的產(chǎn)生及發(fā)展為切入點(diǎn)，對(duì)城市綜合體商業(yè)動(dòng)線的設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行分析，并重點(diǎn)研究城市綜合體商業(yè)動(dòng)線“點(diǎn)+線”的設(shè)計(jì)構(gòu)成以及兩者之間的聯(lián)系，并結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)著名的城市綜合體案例進(jìn)行詳細(xì)調(diào)研，分析調(diào)查研究所獲資料，，總結(jié)成功的設(shè)計(jì)方法與經(jīng)驗(yàn)，最后提出了包括城市綜合體中空間主題性、商鋪的可見(jiàn)可達(dá)性、標(biāo)示系統(tǒng)的引導(dǎo)性、外部交通流線以及整體商業(yè)動(dòng)線等方面的設(shè)計(jì)原則，并論述了今后城市綜合體商業(yè)動(dòng)線的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。 本文聚焦國(guó)內(nèi)開(kāi)發(fā)比較成功的兩座城市綜合體，分析它們的建筑規(guī)模、區(qū)位等詳細(xì)信息，通過(guò)對(duì)其外部交通動(dòng)線及內(nèi)部動(dòng)線的探索研究來(lái)提取其商業(yè)動(dòng)線成功的要素。希望本文的研究成果能夠?yàn)榻窈蟪鞘芯C合體商業(yè)動(dòng)線的設(shè)計(jì)提供依據(jù)，從而為人們創(chuàng)造一個(gè)更好的購(gòu)物空間，促進(jìn)綜合體建筑的發(fā)展。 全文共分為6章。第1章緒論；第2章城市綜合體商業(yè)動(dòng)線概念闡述；第3章城市綜合體商業(yè)動(dòng)線中“點(diǎn)、線”設(shè)計(jì)構(gòu)成與綜合分析；第4章城市綜合體商業(yè)動(dòng)線設(shè)計(jì)案例分析；第5章城市綜合體商業(yè)動(dòng)線成功的必要條件及設(shè)計(jì)原則；第6章結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the commercial dynamic line of large-scale urban complex as the main research object, through the analysis of the composition of its moving line, summarizes the relationship between each component element. Combined with the design theory and practical experience of commercial line of urban complex at home and abroad, the factors of success of commercial moving-line are studied and discussed. In today's society, people are not only satisfied with the material needs, but also pay more attention to the pursuit of the spiritual and sensory world. This paper analyzes the design of the commercial line of urban complex, and focuses on the design composition of the "point line" of the commercial line of urban complex and the relationship between the two. Combined with the domestic famous urban complex case to carry on the detailed investigation, the analysis research obtains the data, summarizes the successful design method and the experience, finally proposed includes the urban complex spatial theme. The visible reachability of shops, the guidance of marking system, the design principles of external traffic streamline and overall commercial line, etc., and the development trend of commercial line of urban complex in the future are discussed. This paper focuses on the domestic development of the more successful two urban complexes, analysis of their building size, location and other detailed information. Through the exploration of the external traffic lines and internal lines to extract the successful elements of the commercial lines. I hope the research results of this paper can provide the basis for the future design of the commercial lines of urban complex. Thus for people to create a better shopping space, to promote the development of complex buildings. The full text is divided into six chapters. In chapter 2, the concept of commercial dynamic line of urban complex is expounded. Chapter 3: the composition and comprehensive analysis of the design of "point and line" in the commercial dynamic line of urban complex; Chapter 4 is the case study of commercial dynamic design of urban complex. Chapter 5: the necessary conditions and design principles for the commercial success of urban complex; Chapter 6 conclusion.
