軟土地基堆煤荷載下樁基變形與受力分析研究

【摘要】:在軟弱土地基中,大面積堆載不僅會(huì)導(dǎo)致地基沉降,還會(huì)使地基土體產(chǎn)生側(cè)向位移,地基土體的側(cè)向位移會(huì)在樁基上產(chǎn)生水平荷載作用,使得樁基產(chǎn)生附加的彎矩和變形,進(jìn)而可能導(dǎo)致結(jié)構(gòu)破壞。另一方面,地面堆載導(dǎo)致樁周地基土產(chǎn)生固結(jié)沉降,土相對(duì)樁有向下的位移,在樁身產(chǎn)生負(fù)摩擦力,進(jìn)而增加了樁的軸向荷載并產(chǎn)生附加沉降,往往造成不均勻沉降。 本文結(jié)合北侖電廠堆載預(yù)壓工程,通過(guò)三維有限元軟件ABAQUS,在考慮樁基和土體相互作用的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)堆載下樁基的受力變形性狀進(jìn)行了分析。本文主要工作如下: (1)本文首先通過(guò)對(duì)加載方式、不同模型簡(jiǎn)化等方面對(duì)模型進(jìn)行了比選,從而選擇了能夠反映出樁土受力實(shí)際情況且能兼顧計(jì)算機(jī)的合理模型。 (2)在該模型基礎(chǔ)上,得到在逐層堆載下樁的側(cè)向變形和樁頂沉降、場(chǎng)地地基的變形情況以及樁身的彎矩和應(yīng)力,并將計(jì)算結(jié)果與實(shí)測(cè)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了對(duì)比,有較好的一致性。 (3)根據(jù)計(jì)算分析得到的樁身彎矩分布規(guī)律,提出了不同堆載情況下樁身最大彎矩的估算公式,可簡(jiǎn)單有效的估算樁身彎矩,初步指導(dǎo)工程設(shè)計(jì)和施工。 (4)對(duì)堆載位置、堆載荷重進(jìn)行參數(shù)敏感性分析,研究其對(duì)場(chǎng)地整體沉降、樁頂沉降、樁頂側(cè)移、樁身最大側(cè)移等方面計(jì)算結(jié)果的影響。同時(shí),也分析了有樁和無(wú)樁對(duì)場(chǎng)地土體變形的影響。
[Abstract]:In the soft soil foundation, the large area surcharge will not only cause the foundation settlement, but also make the foundation soil produce the lateral displacement, the lateral displacement of the foundation soil will produce the horizontal load action on the pile foundation. On the other hand, the ground load results in consolidation settlement of the soil around the pile, and the soil has the downward displacement of the pile, resulting in negative friction in the pile body. Furthermore, the axial load of pile is increased and additional settlement is produced, which often results in uneven settlement. In this paper, combined with Beilun Power Plant surcharge preloading engineering, through the three-dimensional finite element software Abaqus, on the basis of considering the interaction between pile foundation and soil. The deformation behavior of pile foundation under surcharge is analyzed. The main work of this paper is as follows: In this paper, the loading mode and the simplification of different models are compared and selected firstly, and then a reasonable model which can reflect the actual situation of pile-soil force and give consideration to computer is selected. 2) on the basis of the model, the lateral deformation and the settlement of the pile top, the deformation of the site foundation, the bending moment and stress of the pile body are obtained, and the calculated results are compared with the measured results. There is good consistency. 3) according to the distribution law of bending moment of pile body obtained by calculation and analysis, the estimation formula of maximum bending moment of pile body under different heaped load is put forward, which can estimate pile bending moment simply and effectively, and guide the design and construction of engineering. (4) the sensitivity of the parameters to the position and weight of the pile load is analyzed, and the influence of the parameter sensitivity on the settlement of the site, the settlement of the top of the pile, the lateral displacement of the top of the pile and the maximum lateral displacement of the pile body are studied. At the same time. The influence of pile and pile on soil deformation is also analyzed.
