【摘要】：“空中農(nóng)園”是近年來逐漸成為潮流的一種綠色生活休閑方式，，以屋頂綠化為依托，結(jié)合生產(chǎn)的新型綠地模式，在歐洲、日本、北美等國(guó)家相繼產(chǎn)生熱潮，人們?cè)谖蓓斢邢蘅臻g內(nèi)開辟一方園地，種植瓜果、蔬菜，在鋼筋水泥的城市中安享田園情懷，受到了眾多城市居民的青睞。在我國(guó)空中農(nóng)園尚屬于新興事物，理論主要分布在屋頂綠化的下屬研究中，并未形成完整體系；其開發(fā)也處于摸索階段，發(fā)展暫不成熟。文章主要研究了空中農(nóng)園在現(xiàn)代城市發(fā)展過程中的設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)用和運(yùn)營(yíng)管理模式，使其不僅成為城市個(gè)性化的第五立面，增加城市綠化面積改善生態(tài)環(huán)境，也幫助人們實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)田園生活的回歸，為現(xiàn)代化城市可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供積極的引導(dǎo)。 筆者查閱了國(guó)內(nèi)外大量相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)，參照歐美、日本及國(guó)內(nèi)的實(shí)際建成案例和成果，并結(jié)合筆者實(shí)際參與的項(xiàng)目實(shí)踐，在廣泛吸取前人的研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上，以生態(tài)學(xué)、社會(huì)學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、城市生態(tài)規(guī)劃和可持續(xù)發(fā)展等理論為指導(dǎo)，剖析空中農(nóng)園在城市建設(shè)中產(chǎn)生的必要性，并分析其優(yōu)勢(shì)和局限性，總結(jié)設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)和使用的生態(tài)技術(shù)，從新的視角對(duì)空中農(nóng)園做出分類；另根據(jù)建筑類型的不同，進(jìn)行分類案例分析，結(jié)合大量國(guó)內(nèi)外實(shí)際案例，理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際，使空中農(nóng)園的建設(shè)更具現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)意義；同時(shí)探討了國(guó)外成熟的運(yùn)營(yíng)模式，可以對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)的農(nóng)園建設(shè)起到借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:"aerial farm garden" is a kind of green life leisure mode which has gradually become a trend in recent years. Relying on roof greening and combining with the new green space mode of production, there has been an upsurge in Europe, Japan, North America and other countries. People in the roof of limited space to open a garden, planting fruits, vegetables, in the city of reinforced concrete enjoy pastoral feelings, has been favored by many urban residents. In our country, aerial farming garden is still a new thing. The theory mainly distributes in the subordinate research of roof greening, and does not form a complete system. Its development is also in the groping stage, the development is not mature. This paper mainly studies the design, application and operation management mode of aerial agricultural garden in the process of modern city development, making it not only become the 5th facade of the city individuation. Increasing the area of urban greening to improve the ecological environment also helps people realize the return of pastoral life and provide positive guidance for the sustainable development of modern cities. The author consulted a large number of relevant literature at home and abroad, referring to the European and American, Japan and domestic actual completed cases and results, and combined with the author's actual participation in the project practice, on the basis of extensive absorption of previous research results. Guided by the theories of ecology, sociology, economics, urban ecological planning and sustainable development, this paper analyzes the necessity of aerial agricultural garden in urban construction, and analyzes its advantages and limitations. The main points of design and ecological technology are summarized, and the aerial agricultural garden is classified from a new perspective. In addition, according to the different types of architecture, the classification case analysis, combined with a large number of actual cases at home and abroad, the combination of theory and practice, make the construction of aerial agricultural garden more practical guiding significance; At the same time, the foreign mature operation mode is discussed, which can be used for reference in the construction of agricultural gardens in China.
