群控電梯控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著國(guó)家高等職業(yè)教育改革進(jìn)一步深入,我國(guó)職業(yè)教育借鑒德國(guó)雙元制職業(yè)教育模式,以校企深度融合為基礎(chǔ),以工學(xué)結(jié)合的人才培養(yǎng)模式改革為核心,進(jìn)行課程設(shè)計(jì)。為了適應(yīng)我國(guó)高職教育的發(fā)展,卓有成效地提升了學(xué)生的技能,培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)人才,提高高職學(xué)生的實(shí)際操作能力。本課題進(jìn)行群控電梯設(shè)計(jì),以滿足高職教育《電氣控制與PLC》課程對(duì)教學(xué)載體的需求。 本課題以三菱PLC為技術(shù)平臺(tái),在電梯拖動(dòng)系統(tǒng),采用變頻調(diào)速[17],節(jié)能環(huán)保,效率高。為了提高電梯控制精度,選用旋轉(zhuǎn)編碼器進(jìn)行轎廂位置檢測(cè),高速計(jì)數(shù)器統(tǒng)計(jì)脈沖個(gè)數(shù),用程序進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)處理。為了提高保護(hù)可靠性,采用模擬量輸出重量傳感器,經(jīng)A/D數(shù)模轉(zhuǎn)換送入PLC進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)運(yùn)算,由程序比較結(jié)果反應(yīng)是否超重。為達(dá)到實(shí)訓(xùn)設(shè)備的實(shí)用性,電梯運(yùn)行方式有單電梯運(yùn)行、群控運(yùn)行和檢修運(yùn)行三種方式。為實(shí)現(xiàn)三臺(tái)電梯群控,采用CC-Link工業(yè)總線完成通信,實(shí)現(xiàn)主-從控制,主站控制器用三菱Q系列PLC,,從站用三菱FX2N,保證了教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)備技術(shù)的先進(jìn)性、使用的安全性與方便性,使設(shè)備的控制系統(tǒng)具有現(xiàn)代先進(jìn)水平,即增強(qiáng)了學(xué)生的實(shí)訓(xùn)興趣,又提高了學(xué)生對(duì)實(shí)訓(xùn)內(nèi)容的理解,同時(shí)增強(qiáng)學(xué)生的動(dòng)手操作能力。 通過(guò)需求分析,本課題主要完成內(nèi)容包括:系統(tǒng)硬件設(shè)計(jì)、系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用軟件的應(yīng)用、單電梯運(yùn)行控制程序設(shè)計(jì)、三臺(tái)電梯聯(lián)合控制程序設(shè)計(jì),現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線通信設(shè)置等。 群控電梯控制系統(tǒng)通過(guò)了全面測(cè)試,并在電氣控制與PLC課程教學(xué)中應(yīng)用,取得良好效果,達(dá)到預(yù)期目標(biāo)。

In order to achieve the practicability of the training equipment, there are three modes of elevator operation: single elevator operation, group control operation and overhaul operation. In order to achieve the three elevator group control. The CC-Link industrial bus is used to complete the communication and realize master-slave control. The master station controller uses Mitsubishi Q series PLCand the slave station uses Mitsubishi FX2N, which ensures the advanced technology of teaching experiment equipment. The safety and convenience of using make the control system of the equipment have the modern advanced level, which not only enhance the students' interest in practical training, but also improve the students' understanding of the practical training content, and at the same time, enhance the students' practical operation ability. Through the requirement analysis, this topic mainly includes: system hardware design, system application software application, single elevator operation control program design, three elevators joint control program design. Field bus communication settings, etc. The group control elevator control system has passed the overall test, and has been applied in the teaching of electrical control and PLC course. It has achieved good results and achieved the expected goal.
