【摘要】：工程建設(shè)項目的進(jìn)度控制是項目管理的重要組成部分,是項目實現(xiàn)預(yù)期收益不可或缺的重要內(nèi)容,因此,做好工程建設(shè)項目的進(jìn)度控制工作具有很重大的現(xiàn)實意義。泉城印象商業(yè)區(qū)項目預(yù)計起止時間為2011年7月至2016年6月,此項目屬于未開工的工程建設(shè)項目,因此,選題“泉城印象商業(yè)區(qū)項目進(jìn)度控制研究”值得進(jìn)行研究探討。選題以項目進(jìn)度控制理論為基礎(chǔ),對泉城印象商業(yè)區(qū)項目的進(jìn)度控制進(jìn)行了研究,具體的研究結(jié)果如下：首先,奠定研究的理論基礎(chǔ)與現(xiàn)實基礎(chǔ)。一方面,通過對項目進(jìn)度控制的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀與發(fā)展動態(tài)進(jìn)行梳理,獲得研究的理論基礎(chǔ)：另一方面,通過對泉城印象商業(yè)區(qū)項目情況的實地考察等,了解到該項目的基本情況,獲得研究的現(xiàn)實基礎(chǔ);其次,根據(jù)泉城印象商業(yè)區(qū)項目的建設(shè)過程,通過的三個步驟,即：項目定義、項目計劃、項目執(zhí)行與控制對泉城用用印象商業(yè)區(qū)項目的進(jìn)度進(jìn)行測度,同時識別項目風(fēng)險,獲得建設(shè)項目進(jìn)度的具體情況,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出合理的進(jìn)度控制方案；再次,從理念層面、技術(shù)層面、制度層面,分別給出實現(xiàn)泉城印象商業(yè)區(qū)項目進(jìn)度控制計劃的進(jìn)度控制措施。具體而言,理念層面的進(jìn)度控制措施包括：樹立正確的進(jìn)度控制價值觀；營造全員參與進(jìn)度控制的文化氛圍。技術(shù)層面的進(jìn)度控制措施包括：合理安排進(jìn)度計劃,提高項目效率：加大科研投入力度,降低項目長期進(jìn)度。制度層面的進(jìn)度控制措施包括：合理安排施工進(jìn)程,控制作業(yè)進(jìn)度；合理調(diào)配施工人員,提升直接人工進(jìn)度。最后,對全文進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并進(jìn)行了相應(yīng)的未來展望。綜觀全文,既存在切入點與研究方法的創(chuàng)新,又存在數(shù)據(jù)收集與整理等方面存在的天然不足,使得泉城印象商業(yè)區(qū)項目進(jìn)度控制的研究,具有較為重大的理論意義與現(xiàn)實意義的同時,又存在較大的發(fā)展空間。尤其是用圖形法跟蹤進(jìn)度并預(yù)測趨勢應(yīng)用于工程建設(shè)項目的進(jìn)度測度,是典型的理論應(yīng)用于實踐的探索,雖然,很多專家學(xué)者提到此方法應(yīng)用于工程建設(shè)項目進(jìn)度控制的過程中,但是,據(jù)資料顯示,如此完整的應(yīng)用案例此前尚未出現(xiàn),使得選題“泉城印象商業(yè)區(qū)項目進(jìn)度控制研究”更加具有意義的同時,為其他相關(guān)研究提供了參考和依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Progress control of engineering construction project is an important part of project management and an indispensable content to realize expected income. It is of great practical significance to control the progress of the construction project. The expected start and end time of the project in Quancheng impression commercial district is from July 2011 to June 2016. This project belongs to the construction project that has not been started. Therefore, the topic of "Project schedule control research in Quancheng impression commercial district" deserves to be studied and discussed. The topic is based on the theory of project schedule control. Quancheng impression business district project schedule control is studied, the specific results are as follows: first, lay a theoretical and practical basis for the study. On the one hand. Through combing the status quo and development trends of project schedule control at home and abroad, get the theoretical basis of the study: on the other hand, through the impression of the Quancheng business district project situation field inspection. Understand the basic situation of the project and obtain the realistic basis of the research; Secondly, according to the construction process of Quancheng impression business district project, three steps are adopted, that is, project definition, project plan, project implementation and control to measure the progress of Quancheng using impression business district project. At the same time, identify the project risk, obtain the specific situation of the progress of the construction project, and on this basis put forward a reasonable progress control scheme; Thirdly, from the concept level, the technical level, the system level, respectively, gives the progress control measures to realize the Quancheng impression commercial district project schedule control plan. The progress control measures at the conceptual level include: establishing the correct value of progress control; The technical level of progress control measures include: reasonable arrangement of progress plan, improve the efficiency of the project, and increase the intensity of scientific research investment. To reduce the long-term progress of the project. The schedule control measures at the system level include: reasonable arrangement of the construction process, control of the progress of the operation; Reasonable deployment of construction personnel to improve the progress of direct labor. Finally, the full text is summarized, and the corresponding future prospects. Looking at the full text, there is a breakthrough point and research method innovation. There are also some natural deficiencies in data collection and collation, which makes the study of project schedule control in Quancheng impression commercial district have more important theoretical and practical significance. There is also a large space for development, especially the use of graphic method to track progress and forecast trends in engineering projects progress measurement, is a typical theory applied to practical exploration, although. Many experts and scholars mentioned that this method has been applied in the process of project schedule control, but according to the data, such a complete application case has not appeared before. So that the topic of "Quancheng impression business district project schedule control study" more meaningful, for other relevant research provides a reference and basis.
