【摘要】：隨著城市化進程的加快,城市生態(tài)環(huán)境日益惡化,人類的健康問題越來越突出。醫(yī)院作為治病救人的重要場所,其綠地景觀質量對于輔助患者康復有著重要的意義。本文在查閱大量關于醫(yī)院綠地景觀設計相關資料的基礎上,通過對中國南方地區(qū)多家綜合性醫(yī)院綠地景觀進行實地調(diào)查,以景觀生態(tài)學、環(huán)境心理學等理論作為指導,對綜合性醫(yī)院綠地景觀設計開展研究。主要研究結果如下： 1、通過查閱大量國內(nèi)外相關資料,發(fā)現(xiàn)有關醫(yī)院綠地景觀的研究主要包括以下三個方面：①醫(yī)院綠地景觀設計以患者的身心需求為前提；②醫(yī)院綠地植物選用以有利于患者身體健康為依據(jù)；③良好的醫(yī)院綠地景觀可幫助患者恢復健康。 2、對中國南方地區(qū)多個綜合性醫(yī)院綠地景觀進行實地調(diào)查,從宅間綠地、道路綠地、廣場綠地、停車場綠地、屋頂綠地、墻面綠地、中心綠地等方面進行分析研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)綠地景觀存在的問題主要有：①綠地率普遍偏低；②缺乏立體綠化；③結構布局不佳；④植物景觀單調(diào)；⑤設施欠齊全；⑥未能滿足醫(yī)院環(huán)境特殊性要求；⑦養(yǎng)護管理水平低。 3、提出醫(yī)院綠地景觀設計必須遵循因地制宜原則、生態(tài)性原則、功能性原則、藝術性原則、以小見大原則和安全性原則。并且,依據(jù)醫(yī)院綠地的特殊要求,提出各種綠地類型的設計要點。 4、完成了湖南省人民醫(yī)院綠地景觀改造設計,重點考慮醫(yī)院基礎綠化、立體綠化和生態(tài)停車場的植物種植設計,為患者營造一個舒適宜人的就醫(yī)和康復環(huán)境。 醫(yī)院利用綠地景觀環(huán)境對患者進行輔助治療是目前醫(yī)院建設的重要課題,為患者創(chuàng)造一個生態(tài)良好的綠地景觀環(huán)境,讓患者親近自然、愉悅身心,充分發(fā)揮環(huán)境輔助治療的作用。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urbanization, the urban ecological environment is deteriorating day by day, and human health problems are becoming more and more prominent. Hospital is an important place to treat and save people. The quality of its green landscape is of great significance for the rehabilitation of patients. This paper refers to a large number of related information on the design of the hospital green landscape. Based on the field investigation of green landscape of many general hospitals in southern China, landscape ecology, environmental psychology and other theories are taken as the guidance. The main results are as follows: 1. Through consulting a large number of domestic and foreign related data, we find that the research on the hospital green landscape mainly includes the following three aspects: 1. The premise of the hospital green landscape design is the patient's physical and mental needs; (2) the selection of green plants in hospital is based on the health of the patients; Good green landscape of hospital can help patients to recover their health. 2, carry on the field investigation to the green space landscape of many general hospitals in the south of China, from the house green space, the road green space, the square green space, the parking lot green space, the roof green space, the wall surface green space. Through the analysis of the central green space, it is found that the main problems in the green space landscape are the low green space rate of 1: 1; (2) lack of stereoscopic greening; (3) poor structural layout; (4) the plant landscape is monotonous; (5) inadequate facilities; (6) failing to meet the special requirements of hospital environment; (7) low level of maintenance and management. 3. The author points out that the design of hospital green landscape must follow the principles of local conditions, ecology, function and art. Through a small part, we can see the whole principle and the safety principle. And, according to the special requirements of hospital green space. The design essentials of various types of green space are put forward. 4, completed the design of the green landscape transformation of Hunan Provincial people's Hospital, focusing on the hospital basic greening, three-dimensional greening and plant planting design of the ecological parking lot. To create a comfortable and pleasant environment for patients to seek medical treatment and rehabilitation. It is an important subject of hospital construction to use green landscape environment to treat patients. It creates a green landscape environment for patients to be close to nature and is pleasant to the body and mind. Give full play to the role of environmental adjuvant therapy.
