【摘要】：大多數(shù)人日漸意識到因過度消耗自然資源而導(dǎo)致的環(huán)境破壞、污染問題。隨著可持續(xù)發(fā)展原則的提出，人們節(jié)約資源、保護生態(tài)環(huán)境的意識也日益增強。在可持續(xù)發(fā)展成為經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、社會發(fā)展和環(huán)境保護三大要素協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的全球化戰(zhàn)略之時，在現(xiàn)今技術(shù)水平階段，綠色建筑成為承載建筑設(shè)計、施工及運營各階段可持續(xù)發(fā)展的最佳選擇，，而綠色建筑的規(guī)范化發(fā)展勢必將依托在科學(xué)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)木G色建筑評價體系的基礎(chǔ)上。 本文圍繞具體的研究對象，即“香港地域性綠色建筑評價體系”，從整體到部分的關(guān)系入手，全文共分為四大部分： 論文第二章，共五小節(jié)，為香港住宅建筑的地域性特點分析的內(nèi)容。本章節(jié)主要包括香港地域特點概述、香港氣候特點、香港高密度發(fā)展特點、新建住宅項目的房產(chǎn)性質(zhì)類型，以及香港新建住宅項目的其他特點。 在第三章香港綠色建筑評估標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（住宅建筑）地域性案例分析中，簡要介紹了案例啟晴惃的經(jīng)濟技術(shù)指標(biāo)；隨后展開Hong Kong Building EnvironmentalAssessment Methodam Plus New Buildings1.1，簡稱HK BEAM Plus NB1.1，和《綠色建筑評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（香港版）》，簡稱標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（香港版）的介紹；之后的第三至七節(jié)，五個小節(jié)為本文的重點內(nèi)容，包括節(jié)地與室外環(huán)境、節(jié)能與能源利用、節(jié)水與水資源利用、節(jié)材與材料資源利用、室內(nèi)環(huán)境質(zhì)量等五大評價指標(biāo)，即“四節(jié)一環(huán)�！�。結(jié)合本人全程參與的項目和香港地域性特點，按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（香港版）和BEAM的評價要點進行同異性對比分析。 本文第四章為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（香港版）與BEAM綠色建筑評價體系的對比研究，共有4小節(jié)。主要對香港綠色建筑議會和中國城市科學(xué)研究會綠色建筑與節(jié)能專業(yè)委員會、中國綠色建筑委員會（香港分會）三個綠色建筑評價體系的機構(gòu)進行差異性分析，主要從認(rèn)證機構(gòu)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)編制、認(rèn)證程序三個方面的差異進行橫向?qū)Ρ取?香港地域性綠色建筑評價體系展望，是本文最后一章，即第五章，共5小節(jié)內(nèi)容。結(jié)合前面幾章內(nèi)容明確提出標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（香港版）的評估標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的完善、推動政策支持、市場推廣、發(fā)展綠色建筑科研、教育和從業(yè)資格認(rèn)證體系、有效的監(jiān)督管理等方面的建議。同時反思本次研究存在不夠深入、未形成系統(tǒng)的研究方法等的不足之處。 通過本次研究，總結(jié)出標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（香港版）中考慮的條文內(nèi)容，并借鑒HK BEAMPlus NB1.1的條文內(nèi)容和指標(biāo)設(shè)置，提出標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（香港版）評價指標(biāo)和評價體系的改進建議。
[Abstract]:Most people are increasingly aware of the environmental damage and pollution caused by excessive consumption of natural resources. With the development of the principle of sustainable development, people save resources. The consciousness of protecting ecological environment is also increasing day by day. When sustainable development becomes the globalization strategy of economic development, social development and environmental protection, it is in the stage of present technology level. Green building has become the best choice for sustainable development of carrying architectural design, construction and operation stages, and the standardized development of green building will depend on the scientific and rigorous evaluation system of green building. This article revolves around the concrete research object, namely "Hong Kong regional green building appraisal system", from the whole to the partial relations, the full text altogether divides into four parts altogether: The second chapter of the paper, a total of five sections, for the analysis of the regional characteristics of residential buildings in Hong Kong content. This chapter mainly includes the regional characteristics of Hong Kong, climate characteristics of Hong Kong, the characteristics of high-density development in Hong Kong. The nature of new residential projects and other characteristics of new residential projects in Hong Kong. In the third chapter, the regional case analysis of Hong Kong green building evaluation standard (residential building) briefly introduces the economic and technical indicators of the case. Then expand Hong Kong Building EnvironmentalAssessment Methodam Plus New. Buildings1.1. The differences of the three green building evaluation systems of the China Green Building Committee (Hong Kong Branch) are analyzed and compared horizontally from the three aspects of the certification body, the standard establishment, and the certification procedure. Hong Kong regional green building evaluation system outlook, is the last chapter of this article, that is, 5th chapter, a total of 5 sections of content. Combined with the previous chapters to clearly put forward the standard (Hong Kong version) evaluation standards. To promote policy support, market promotion, the development of green building research, education and professional qualification certification system, effective supervision and management and other aspects of the recommendations. At the same time, reflect on the existence of this study is not deep enough. Lack of systematic research methods, etc. Through this research, summarizes the standard (Hong Kong version) in the article content considered, and draws lessons from the HK BEAMPlus NB1.1 article content and the target setting.
