【摘要】：在景觀、規(guī)劃事業(yè)飛速發(fā)展的背景下，居住環(huán)境日漸引起人們的重視，然而許多設計方案缺乏地域性的特色，全國趨向統(tǒng)一。設計方法這個既學術性又具有實踐指導意義的名詞，就在于客觀系統(tǒng)的分析已有典型優(yōu)秀方案的特色，為當代的設計引入恰當?shù)脑睾凸δ�。青島這個散發(fā)著異域的浪漫氣息的海濱之城，經(jīng)德占及日據(jù)的歷史洗禮，迄今仍保留著租借地時期不同國家風格的居住綠地及建筑，不僅對當代青島綠地建設具有巨大歷史意義，更為國內(nèi)各大城市提供了借鑒作用。然而目前針對青島殖民地園林、建筑的研究大多較零散，基本停留在基礎層面，更不用說是從景觀學、建筑學專業(yè)的視角進行設計方法的分析研究。 筆者在本論文中分別采用了文獻綜述法、實地調(diào)研法、案例分析法、比較分析法以及演繹設計法，立足于青島外占租借時期園林，，以附屬綠地為大背景，重點針對八大關居住綠地的設計方法，分別由造園要素、造園材料、設計手法方面展開分析、研究，力求從典型的案例分析引申出不同國家造園風格的精華，并與青島市現(xiàn)代居住綠地進行比較分析，進而總結出適應不同的場地性特征所衍生出的優(yōu)秀造園思想，最終得出具有一定深度的結論。 經(jīng)過本文的研究，分別在青島八大關居住綠地造園要素(植物、建筑小品、假山石景、水體、道路)、造園材料、設計手法總結出其特有設計方法及特色，整體來講青島外占時期八大關居住綠地設計引進西方先進材料及技術，兼收并蓄。 最后，針對分析得出的設計方法及特色，為當代居住綠地當中的庭院以及組團中公共綠地的設計提供建設性意見如下：打造傳統(tǒng)與現(xiàn)代融合景觀；形式與內(nèi)涵并重；保持地域特色；挖掘文脈；環(huán)保生態(tài)；注重創(chuàng)新。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the rapid development of landscape and planning, people pay more and more attention to the living environment. However, many design schemes lack of regional characteristics. The term "design method", which is both academic and practical guiding significance, lies in the characteristic of the typical excellent scheme in the objective and systematic analysis. Qingdao, a seaside city with an exotic romantic flavor, has been baptized by the history of the German occupation and the Japanese occupation. Up to now, the residential green space and architecture of different national styles are still retained in the period of lease land, which is not only of great historical significance to the construction of contemporary Qingdao green space. More domestic major cities to provide a reference. However, at present for Qingdao colonial gardens, most of the architectural research is scattered, basically stay at the basic level, let alone from the landscape. Analysis and study of design methods from the perspective of architecture major. In this paper, the author used literature review method, field investigation method, case analysis method, comparative analysis method and deductive design method, based on Qingdao outside the lease period garden, with attached green space as the background. Focusing on the design method of residential green space in Badaguan, respectively, from the garden elements, garden materials, design methods to carry out analysis, research, from the typical case study to extend the essence of different national garden style. And compared with Qingdao modern residential green space, and then summed up the adaptation to different characteristics of the site derived from the excellent idea of gardening, and finally reached a certain depth of conclusions. Through the study of this paper, the elements (plant, architectural sketch, false mountain and stone scene, water body, road, garden materials and design techniques) of green space in Badaguan, Qingdao, are summarized out their unique design methods and characteristics. Overall speaking, Qingdao Occupy period residential green space design imported western advanced materials and technology, eclectic. Finally, according to the analysis of the design methods and characteristics, for the contemporary residential green space in the courtyard and the group of public green space design to provide constructive advice as follows: create traditional and modern fusion landscape; Both form and connotation are emphasized; Maintaining regional characteristics; Excavating the context; Environmental protection ecology; Pay attention to innovation.
