【摘要】:建設(shè)智能電網(wǎng)已成為國(guó)家發(fā)展的重大戰(zhàn)略,其內(nèi)容包括發(fā)電、變電、輸電、配電、用電和調(diào)度六大環(huán)節(jié)。建設(shè)智能用電小區(qū)是堅(jiān)強(qiáng)智能電網(wǎng)建設(shè)中用電環(huán)節(jié)的重要舉措,是實(shí)現(xiàn)電網(wǎng)與用戶之間實(shí)時(shí)交互響應(yīng),滿足互動(dòng)營(yíng)銷需求,增強(qiáng)電網(wǎng)綜合服務(wù)能力和提升服務(wù)水平的重要手段。同時(shí),它更是智能電網(wǎng)建設(shè)過程中研究成果的實(shí)際應(yīng)用。目前,國(guó)家電網(wǎng)公司正積極開展智能用電小區(qū)試點(diǎn)建設(shè)及其商業(yè)模式推廣和探索,相信不久智能用電小區(qū)將在全國(guó)大規(guī)模推廣。 智能用電小區(qū)的建設(shè)涉及到多個(gè)層面,包括電信息采集、配電網(wǎng)自動(dòng)化、電動(dòng)汽車充電樁、三網(wǎng)融合、智能家居等多項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù),通信平臺(tái)是實(shí)現(xiàn)相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)的基礎(chǔ)。雖然很多企業(yè)和科研單位已經(jīng)在智能用電小區(qū)的系統(tǒng)側(cè)進(jìn)行了相關(guān)研究和實(shí)踐,但是在網(wǎng)絡(luò)側(cè)還沒有形成一套標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的解決方案。本文對(duì)智能用電小區(qū)的本質(zhì)和特征進(jìn)行詳細(xì)敘述,分析了小區(qū)業(yè)務(wù)的功能需求和可靠性需求,重點(diǎn)對(duì)各項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行通信需求分析。在此基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)提煉出小區(qū)的通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)架構(gòu),并對(duì)感知延伸層、接入層、核心層的各種組網(wǎng)方案進(jìn)行分析論證,根據(jù)小區(qū)業(yè)務(wù)需求,結(jié)合通信技術(shù)的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),提出了一套基于電力光纖到戶和以太網(wǎng)無源光網(wǎng)絡(luò)的組網(wǎng)方案。并以沈陽(yáng)八王寺圣水源智能用電小區(qū)試點(diǎn)為實(shí)例,對(duì)小區(qū)各種業(yè)務(wù)的通信組網(wǎng)方案進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的設(shè)計(jì)。本文所做的工作將使智能用電小區(qū)的建設(shè)更加具體和完善,對(duì)于智能用電小區(qū)的建設(shè)和推廣具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:The construction of smart grid has become a major national development strategy, including power generation, transformation, transmission, distribution. Building smart power district is an important measure in the construction of strong smart grid. It is to realize the real-time interactive response between power grid and users and to meet the demand of interactive marketing. At the same time, it is also the practical application of the research results in the process of smart grid construction. The State Grid Company is actively carrying out the pilot construction of intelligent power use district and its business model promotion and exploration. It is believed that the intelligent power district will soon be popularized on a large scale throughout the country. The construction of intelligent power district involves many aspects, including electric information collection, distribution network automation, electric vehicle charging pile, three-network integration, smart home and many other business. The communication platform is the basis for the implementation of related business. Although many enterprises and scientific research units have carried out related research and practice in the system side of the intelligent power use district. However, there is not yet a standard solution on the network side. This paper describes the nature and characteristics of the intelligent power cell in detail, and analyzes the functional requirements and reliability requirements of the cell business. On the basis of this, the communication network architecture of the cell is summarized and refined, and various networking schemes of the perceptual extension layer, the access layer and the core layer are analyzed and demonstrated. According to the demand of residential business and the advantages and disadvantages of communication technology, this paper puts forward a set of networking scheme based on power optical fiber to home and Ethernet passive optical network, and takes the pilot project of Shenyang Bawangsi Shengshui intelligent power consumption district as an example. The communication network scheme of various services in the district is designed in detail. The work done in this paper will make the construction of intelligent power use district more concrete and perfect. It has a very important practical significance for the construction and promotion of intelligent power-using community.
