【摘要】：隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展，人們的生活水平也不斷提高，居住區(qū)的建筑設(shè)計(jì)呈現(xiàn)蓬勃之態(tài)，建筑設(shè)計(jì)樣式也不斷推陳出新。因地下車庫形成的局部空間下沉的形式就是近年在居住區(qū)出現(xiàn)較多的一種。但是在我國，居住區(qū)景觀設(shè)計(jì)的起步較慢，對下沉空間景觀設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)不足，景觀質(zhì)量不高，不能符合人們對優(yōu)美舒適居住區(qū)環(huán)境的要求。于是，對南方地區(qū)居住區(qū)地下車庫下沉空間景觀設(shè)計(jì)研究就有著極其重要的意義。 南方地區(qū)居住區(qū)下沉空間存在于特殊的建筑與自然環(huán)境系統(tǒng)中，，它具有與一般居住區(qū)不同的形態(tài)特征，景觀設(shè)計(jì)不能完全照搬一般居住區(qū)的景觀設(shè)計(jì)方法。對下沉空間本身而言，因受地下車庫圍合形式，下沉高度等不同的影響，其空間的限制條件，表現(xiàn)的形式也不完全相同。本文探討的就是要把下沉的空間利用起來，使其在景觀設(shè)計(jì)和功能使用上更完善，能吸引更多住戶的參與，同時我們也期望通過一系列景觀的營造使下沉的空間能夠成為居住區(qū)的一個亮點(diǎn)，而不是忽略它，拒絕它。 通過對景觀知識的研究總結(jié)，分析了南方地區(qū)居住區(qū)下沉空間的特征；借鑒了國內(nèi)外下沉空間的景觀設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；也對實(shí)際案例進(jìn)行考察分析；同時結(jié)合工作中遇到的居住區(qū)下沉空間景觀設(shè)計(jì)的實(shí)際案例，提出下沉空間三個界面的概念，將地下車庫下沉空間景觀設(shè)計(jì)模型化地簡化為三個界面的景觀設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行論述，也是希望能夠深入淺出地對地下車庫下沉空間的景觀設(shè)計(jì)方法進(jìn)行概括性的提煉。下沉空間在景觀設(shè)計(jì)時因其形成的條件而產(chǎn)生一系列不可避免的，同時也是必須注意和解決的技術(shù)問題，文章在景觀設(shè)計(jì)研究時也把這部分內(nèi)容結(jié)合在一起寫，希望在景觀營造的同時也能對相關(guān)技術(shù)要點(diǎn)有所了解，使景觀設(shè)計(jì)更具現(xiàn)實(shí)可操作性，同時也希望對今后的同類型景觀設(shè)計(jì)具有一定的參考價值。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of our economy, people's living standards are also constantly improving, residential architectural design presents a vigorous state. The form of local space subsidence formed by underground garage is one of the most popular in residential areas in recent years, but in our country, the landscape design of residential areas starts slowly. The design of subsidence space landscape experience is not enough, the quality of the landscape is not high, can not meet the people's requirements for beautiful and comfortable residential environment. It is of great significance to study the landscape design of underground garage sinking in southern residential area. The subsidence space of residential area in southern China exists in the special building and natural environment system, and it has different morphological characteristics from the general residential area. Landscape design can not completely copy the general residential landscape design methods. For the subsidence space itself, due to the underground garage closure form, subsidence height and other different effects, its space constraints. The form of performance is not exactly the same. This article is to explore the use of sinking space to make it more perfect in landscape design and function use, can attract more residents to participate. At the same time, we also hope that through a series of landscape construction, the sinking space can become a highlight of the residential area, rather than ignore it and reject it. Based on the research and summary of landscape knowledge, the characteristics of settlement space of residential area in southern China are analyzed. The landscape design experience of subsidence space at home and abroad is used for reference. The actual cases are also investigated and analyzed. At the same time, combined with the actual case of residential subsidence space landscape design, the concept of three interfaces of subsidence space is put forward. The underground garage subsidence space landscape design model is simplified into three interface landscape design to be discussed. It is also hoped that the landscape design method of the underground garage sinking space can be abstracted in a general way. The sinking space in the landscape design will produce a series of inevitable conditions because of its forming conditions. At the same time, it is also a technical problem that must be paid attention to and solved. The article also combines this part of the content in the landscape design research, hoping to be able to understand the relevant technical points while building the landscape. It makes landscape design more practical and practical, and it also hopes to have some reference value for the same type of landscape design in the future.
