【摘要】：隨著社會的高速發(fā)展和城市化進程的加快,城市的環(huán)境問題越來越突出。改善城市生態(tài)環(huán)境,提高城市綠地系統(tǒng)的生態(tài)效益是刻不容緩的。城市綠化建設(shè)是影響城市環(huán)境的重要因素,關(guān)系到人類的生存和社會的發(fā)展。創(chuàng)建園林城市是我國建設(shè)部根據(jù)我國的國情提出來的,是具有中國特色的城市模式,是建設(shè)生態(tài)城市的初級階段。園林城市是以城市綠化為基礎(chǔ),通過在城市中建立起一個機制有效的綠地系統(tǒng),保留和統(tǒng)一城市中的各個基本要素,從而打造一個富有藝術(shù)性的城市綠色空間。城市綠地系統(tǒng)是城市生態(tài)系統(tǒng)中自然子系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分,城市綠地建設(shè)的好壞直接影響到城市的生態(tài)環(huán)境、城市面貌及其發(fā)展。完善的綠地系統(tǒng)是創(chuàng)建國家園林城市的必要條件 本文基于國家園林城市的基礎(chǔ)上對湖南澧縣綠地系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃進行研究。通過對相關(guān)資料的收集整理和研究,森林城市、山水城市、國家衛(wèi)生城市、園林城市、生態(tài)園林城市和生態(tài)城市等幾個相似的概念進行辨析,通過對園林城市和生態(tài)園林城市的比較研究,從而明確了“園林城市”的概念及內(nèi)涵。通過相關(guān)資料的總結(jié)研究,明確城市綠地、城市綠地系統(tǒng)、城市綠地系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃的概念,歸納出園林城市對綠地系統(tǒng)的要求。 通過對澧縣城市綠地現(xiàn)狀的分析,結(jié)合國家園林城市標(biāo)準(zhǔn),找出指標(biāo)的差距。并得出以下問題：綠地指標(biāo)偏低；綠地結(jié)構(gòu)布局不合理；綠化種類結(jié)構(gòu)失衡；綠化基礎(chǔ)差、養(yǎng)護管理水平低；垂直綠化基本空白。根據(jù)澧縣縣城的總體規(guī)劃、城市自然條件以及城市綠地現(xiàn)狀和現(xiàn)存問題對澧縣城市綠地系統(tǒng)進行規(guī)劃,將城區(qū)綠化系統(tǒng)構(gòu)架為“一心、一軸、二環(huán)、二帶、四園”的結(jié)構(gòu)布局。在景觀特色塑造方面加強對城區(qū)內(nèi)三岸、三水、四園、五入城口、六節(jié)點、七街等重要地段的景觀特色營造,突出“水鄉(xiāng)林城”的景觀特色。對澧縣園林城市綠地系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃的具體指標(biāo)數(shù)值確定、并提出公園綠地、附屬綠地、防護綠地、生產(chǎn)綠地和其他綠地類型的具體建設(shè)措施。對澧縣城市綠化樹種、植物多樣性保護與植物群落進行規(guī)劃以及歸納總結(jié)出綠地規(guī)劃的措施建議。 本文以國家園林城市的指標(biāo)體系以及相關(guān)理論為基礎(chǔ),對澧縣城市綠地的發(fā)展提供了科學(xué)依據(jù)和可操作建議,為相關(guān)的綠地系統(tǒng)專項規(guī)劃研究提供了參考,對城市化進程中區(qū)域人居環(huán)境建設(shè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展有著深遠的意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of society and the acceleration of urbanization, urban environmental problems become more and more prominent. It is urgent to improve the ecological efficiency of urban green space system. Urban greening construction is an important factor affecting the urban environment. Related to the survival of human beings and the development of society. The creation of garden city is proposed by the Ministry of Construction according to the national conditions of our country, and it is a city model with Chinese characteristics. Garden city is the primary stage of ecological city construction. Garden city is based on urban greening, through the establishment of a mechanism and effective green space system in the city, to retain and unify the basic elements of the city. The urban green space system is an important part of the natural subsystem in the urban ecosystem, and the quality of the urban green space construction directly affects the ecological environment of the city. Urban appearance and its development. A perfect green space system is a necessary condition for the creation of a national garden city Based on the national garden city, this paper studies the planning of green space system in Lixian County, Hunan Province. Through the collection and study of relevant data, forest city, landscape city, national health city, garden city. Several similar concepts, such as ecological garden city and ecological city, are distinguished and analyzed, and the comparative study on garden city and ecological garden city is carried out. The concept and connotation of "garden city" are clarified, and the concepts of urban green space, urban green space system and urban green space system planning are clarified through the summary and study of relevant materials. The requirements of garden city for green space system are summarized. By analyzing the present situation of green space in Lixian county and combining with the national garden city standard, this paper finds out the gap of indexes, and points out the following problems: the green space index is low; The layout of green space structure is unreasonable; The structure of greening species is out of balance; The base of greening is poor and the level of maintenance and management is low; According to the general plan of Lixian county town, the natural condition of the city, the present situation and existing problems of urban green space, the green space system of Lixian county is planned, and the urban greening system is set up as "one mind". One axis, two rings, two belts, four gardens "structure layout. In the landscape characteristic molding aspect, strengthens to the urban area three banks, three water, four gardens, five into the city mouth, six nodes, seven streets and other important parts of the landscape characteristics. Highlight the landscape characteristics of "waterborne forest city". Determine the specific index value of the planning of green space system of the garden city of Lixian County, and put forward the park green space, subsidiary green space, protected green space. The concrete construction measures of producing green space and other types of green space, planning the greening tree species, plant diversity protection and plant community in Lixian city, and summing up the measures of green space planning are summarized. Based on the index system of national garden city and related theories, this paper provides scientific basis and operational advice for the development of green space in Lixian county, and provides a reference for the study of the special planning of green space system. It is of great significance to the sustainable development of regional human settlements in the process of urbanization.
