【摘要】：2011年1月4日，國務(wù)院以國函[2011]1號文件批復《山東半島藍色經(jīng)濟區(qū)發(fā)展規(guī)劃》。山東半島是我國最大的半島，，瀕臨渤海與黃海，與朝鮮半島、日本列島隔海相望，西連黃河中下游地區(qū)，南接長三角地區(qū)，北臨京津冀都市圈，區(qū)位條件優(yōu)越，海洋資源豐富，海洋生態(tài)環(huán)境良好，具有加快發(fā)展海洋經(jīng)濟的巨大潛力。伴隨著山東半島藍色經(jīng)濟區(qū)發(fā)展規(guī)劃上升為國家戰(zhàn)略，山東半島藍色經(jīng)濟區(qū)迎來了新的發(fā)展機遇。 論文在系統(tǒng)闡述空間結(jié)構(gòu)理論的基礎(chǔ)上，以山東半島藍色經(jīng)濟區(qū)為研究對象，對山東半島藍色經(jīng)濟區(qū)空間結(jié)構(gòu)的現(xiàn)狀、空間結(jié)構(gòu)演變趨勢進行探討。論文以山東半島藍色經(jīng)濟區(qū)36個縣市（青島市區(qū)、膠州、即墨、平度、膠南、萊西、東營市區(qū)、墾利、利津、廣饒、煙臺、龍口、萊陽、萊州、蓬萊、招遠、棲霞、海陽、濰坊市區(qū)、青州、諸城、壽光、安丘、高密、昌邑、臨朐、昌樂、威海市區(qū)、文登、榮成、乳山、日照市區(qū)、五蓮、莒縣、無棣、沾化）為基本研究單元，立足于山東半島藍色經(jīng)濟區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)體系空間結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)狀，采用定性與定量相結(jié)合的研究方法，從節(jié)點、軸線、網(wǎng)絡(luò)、域面四個維度分析2010年和1990年山東半島藍色經(jīng)濟區(qū)城市規(guī)模結(jié)構(gòu)特征、城市經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)特征、城市交通結(jié)構(gòu)特征，并分析1990-2010這20年間山東半島藍色經(jīng)濟區(qū)空間結(jié)構(gòu)的演變規(guī)律。研究表明：山東半島藍色經(jīng)濟區(qū)城市分布相對均衡，經(jīng)濟區(qū)內(nèi)城市發(fā)展梯度差異較明顯，依然處于集聚發(fā)展階段，“點-軸”結(jié)構(gòu)突出�；诔鞘心芗壷笖�(shù)和城市綜合發(fā)展指數(shù)的空間分布，提出了山東半島藍色經(jīng)濟區(qū)空間結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化方向應(yīng)按照“點-軸”發(fā)展模式展開，形成“兩區(qū)、三心、四軸、多點”的空間格局，同時要創(chuàng)新空間管理組織。
[Abstract]:In January 4, 2011, the State Council to the letter [2011]1 document approval "Shandong Peninsula blue economic zone development plan. Shandong peninsula is the largest peninsula in China, near Bohai and the Yellow Sea, and the Korean Peninsula, Japan islands, west of the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River, south of the Yangtze River Delta region, north of Beijing Tianjin Hebei metropolitan area, location, ocean the ocean is rich in resources, good ecological environment, has great potential to accelerate the development of marine economy. With the development planning of Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone rose to national strategy, Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone to meet new development opportunities.
This paper introduces the basic theory of space structure on the Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone as the research object, the status quo of Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone spatial structure, discusses the evolution trend of spatial structure. The 36 counties of Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone (Qingdao City, Jiaozhou, Jimo, Jiaonan, Laixi, Pingdu, Dongying City, Kenli, Guangrao, Yantai, Lijin, Laiyang, Longkou, Laizhou, Penglai, Zhaoyuan, Qixia, Haiyang, Weifang City, Qingzhou, Zhucheng, Anqiu, Shouguang, Changyi, Linqu, Gaomi, Changle, Weihai City, Wendeng, Rongcheng, Rushan, Rizhao City, Wulian, Juxian, Wudi, Zhanhua) is the basic research unit, based on the current situation of the spatial structure of Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone urban system, research methods, using a combination of qualitative and quantitative from the network, node, axis, four dimensions of domain surface analysis in 2010 and 1990 the blue economic zone of Shandong peninsula city City scale structural characteristics, characteristics of the economic structure of the city, city traffic structure, and analyze the evolution of 1990-2010 during the 20 years of Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone spatial structure. The study shows that the city of Shandong Peninsula blue economic zone is relatively balanced distribution, economic zone city development gradient difference is obvious, is in the gathering stage of development, the "point the shaft structure is prominent. The city level distribution index and the city's comprehensive development index is proposed based on the spatial direction of the Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone spatial structure optimization should be carried out in accordance with the" point axis development model, the formation of "two zones, three hearts, four axis, the spatial pattern of multi point", while the innovation space management organization.
