【摘要】：隨著我國綜合國力的提高和國家對高等教育的重視,高校建設(shè)工程規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,項(xiàng)目不斷增加。如何抓好高校工程建設(shè)管理工作,使有限的工程建設(shè)投資發(fā)揮更好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,成了高校非常關(guān)心和急需解決的問題。本文針對高校新校區(qū)項(xiàng)目建設(shè)與管理問題展開了理論與案例研究。論文共分五章,具體安排如下： 第一章是緒論。本章首先闡述了選題的背景,并明確了選題的意義與目的；隨后,總結(jié)了本文的研究方法與技術(shù)路線；最后歸納了本文研究的主要內(nèi)容。 第二章對現(xiàn)代項(xiàng)目管理和企業(yè)管理理論在項(xiàng)目管理實(shí)踐中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了梳理,并對相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了綜述,為本文研究奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。 第三章從組織體系與制度、總體規(guī)劃與設(shè)計(jì)專業(yè)化管理、參建隊(duì)伍選擇與設(shè)備材料的采購管理、合同管理等四個(gè)方面,對項(xiàng)目前期管理展開研究。 第四章從施工專業(yè)化管理、對各專業(yè)管理公司的管理、投資控制、進(jìn)度控制、質(zhì)量控制、安全管理等六個(gè)方面,對項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過程中的管理展開研究。 第五章對前述各章結(jié)論進(jìn)行了歸納與提煉,并提出了進(jìn)一步努力的方向。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of our country's comprehensive national strength and the attention of our country to higher education, the scale of university construction project is expanding and the project is increasing. Make the limited project construction investment bring into play better economic benefit. This paper focuses on the construction and management of new campus projects in colleges and universities. The thesis is divided into five chapters, and the specific arrangements are as follows: The first chapter is the introduction. This chapter first describes the background of the topic, and defines the significance and purpose of the topic; then, summarizes the research methods and technical routes; finally, summarizes the main content of this study. The second chapter combs the application of modern project management and enterprise management theory in project management practice, and summarizes the relevant literature, which lays a theoretical foundation for this study. The third chapter studies the pre-project management from four aspects: the organization system and system, the professional management of overall planning and design, the selection of construction team, the procurement management of equipment and materials, and the contract management. Chapter 4th studies the management in the process of project implementation from six aspects: construction specialized management, investment control, schedule control, quality control and safety management. Chapter 5th summarizes and refines the conclusions of the above chapters, and puts forward the direction of further efforts.
