【摘要】：白鷺古村位于江西省贛縣東北隅，早在商周時期村落便已基本成形，至唐宋時期因大批中原客家移民南遷聚居贛南而日漸繁榮。古村落依山傍水，是江南保存最完好、最集中的客家古村，因其內(nèi)涵豐富、地域特征明顯而成就了它歷史文化名村的美名。 然而，隨著我國現(xiàn)代化和城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程的不斷推進(jìn)，以及新農(nóng)村建設(shè)的步伐不斷加速，白鷺古村正面臨著前所未有的沖擊：古村落自然環(huán)境破壞嚴(yán)重，古建筑群落的自然與人為損毀缺乏修繕，以及人們對歷史文脈的認(rèn)識不夠而導(dǎo)致的拆舊建新行為使古村落格局嚴(yán)重變樣等等。近年來，各級政府及相關(guān)部門已經(jīng)逐漸意識到要保護(hù)古村落并發(fā)展白鷺村旅游業(yè)的重要性。但是形勢和境況卻仍不盡如人意，政府財力及經(jīng)驗的欠缺，以及村民們私搭亂建的行為，一方面不僅古建筑修繕和古村旅游業(yè)經(jīng)營管理的步伐無法跟上，另一方面新的無理無序建設(shè)又從整體上破壞了古村歷史空間環(huán)境。因此，目前白鷺古村落的空間環(huán)境保護(hù)及旅游開發(fā)與規(guī)劃問題亟待解決。 本文作者實證考察了白鷺古村落的歷史沿革及空間格局與形態(tài)的形成與發(fā)展，并在此基礎(chǔ)上對白鷺古村落歷史空間環(huán)境特征進(jìn)行了深入探究。同時，本文剖析了白鷺古村落當(dāng)前存在的主要問題，提出了既要注重古村文化的原生性，堅持環(huán)境的綠色生態(tài)性。最后，引入循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)的理念，提倡注重綠色開發(fā)，重視生態(tài)建設(shè)，，使古村傳統(tǒng)風(fēng)貌和空間環(huán)境獲得良好保護(hù)的同時，又促進(jìn)古村旅游業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。 在國務(wù)院出臺支持蘇區(qū)振興發(fā)展的大好形勢下，本文的研究意義更得到彰顯。本文的研究成果將為白鷺古村落的保護(hù)、利用的規(guī)劃提供參考依據(jù)，同時對于保護(hù)和弘揚(yáng)客家傳統(tǒng)文化、贛南新農(nóng)村規(guī)劃與建設(shè)有著重要的啟示作用。
[Abstract]:The ancient village of egret is located in the northeast corner of Ganxian county in Jiangxi Province. As early as the Shang and Zhou dynasties the village was basically formed. In the Tang and Song dynasties the village became increasingly prosperous because a large number of Hakka immigrants from the Central Plains moved south to live in Gannan. The ancient village was leaning on mountains and water. It is the best-preserved and most concentrated Hakka ancient village in the south of the Yangtze River, which has achieved the fame of its historical and cultural famous village because of its rich connotation and obvious regional characteristics. However, with the development of modernization and urbanization in China, and the accelerating pace of new rural construction, the ancient village of egret is facing an unprecedented impact: the natural environment of ancient villages is seriously damaged. In recent years, the natural and man-made damage of the ancient architectural community is lack of repair, and people do not understand the historical context and lead to the demolition of old and new behavior to make a serious change in the pattern of ancient villages and so on in recent years. Governments at all levels and related departments have gradually realized the importance of protecting ancient villages and developing tourism in Egret Village. However, the situation and situation are still not satisfactory, the lack of government financial resources and experience. On the one hand, it is not only the repair of ancient buildings and the pace of tourism management in ancient villages that can not keep up with the behavior of the villagers. On the other hand, the new unreasonable and disorderly construction has destroyed the historical space environment of the ancient village on the whole. Therefore, the protection of the space environment and the tourism development and planning of the ancient village of Egret are urgently needed to be solved. The author investigates the historical evolution, the formation and development of the spatial pattern and form of the ancient egret village, and on the basis of this, makes an in-depth study of the historical spatial environment characteristics of the ancient egret village. At the same time. This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the ancient village of egret, and points out that it is necessary to pay attention to the originality of the ancient village culture and the green ecology of the environment. Finally, the concept of circular economy is introduced and the emphasis on green development is advocated. Attention should be paid to ecological construction so that the traditional style and spatial environment of ancient villages can be well protected, and at the same time, the sustainable development of tourism in ancient villages can be promoted. In the State Council issued to support the development of the Soviet region under the excellent situation, the significance of this study is even more prominent. The research results of this paper will provide a reference for the protection of ancient Egret villages, the use of planning to provide a reference basis. At the same time, the planning and construction of the new countryside in Gannan has an important enlightening effect on protecting and carrying forward the traditional Hakka culture.
