【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟全球化和區(qū)域競爭化的不斷發(fā)展，建筑設計業(yè)已經(jīng)步入全球化發(fā)展趨勢，建筑設計行業(yè)競爭也日益激烈。建筑設計是建筑工程建設的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),設計質(zhì)量直接決定了工程質(zhì)量優(yōu)劣。隨著建筑工程市場的繁榮，，建筑工程質(zhì)量管理日趨重要，而建筑工程設計質(zhì)量作為建筑工程的靈魂顯得尤為重要。 本文在介紹建筑質(zhì)量管理體系和GB/T19001-2008的發(fā)展和HWY實際工作相結(jié)合的基礎(chǔ)上，以完善單位質(zhì)量管理體系的過程為線索，分析同行業(yè)及本單位的發(fā)展趨勢，提出建筑質(zhì)量管理體系建立與實施過程中存在的一些問題，闡明建筑設計企業(yè)建立質(zhì)量管理體系的重要意義。再從理論高度應用到實際工作中，指導工作。概擴說來作出了以下工作： 1、全面分析了建筑設計、設計質(zhì)量的概念與內(nèi)涵,通過對國內(nèi)外質(zhì)量管理發(fā)展歷程的描述，確定論文的研究思路和方法。 2、通過對建筑設計行業(yè)質(zhì)量管理制度建立的了解和需求分析，結(jié)合建筑設計企業(yè)的市場定位，提出通過對設計階段的質(zhì)量控制和設計各階段的質(zhì)量管理來加強設計質(zhì)量管理。 3、結(jié)合HWY情況，描述了HWY質(zhì)量管理發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，提出質(zhì)量管理方面的若干建議。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of economic globalization and regional competition, the architectural design industry has entered the globalization trend of development, architectural design competition has become increasingly fierce. The architectural design is the key link of building construction, design quality directly determines the quality of the works. With the construction engineering market prosperity, the construction engineering quality management is becoming more and more important, and the soul the design quality of construction projects as the construction project is particularly important.
Based on the construction of quality management system and the development of GB/T19001-2008 and HWY on the actual work, to improve the process unit of the quality management system as the clue, analysis of the same industry and the development trend of this unit, proposed the establishment and implementation of some problems in the process of building the system of quality management, the important significance of establishing quality management system to clarify the architectural design enterprises. Then guidance from the level of theory into practice. To expand almost made the following work:
1, a comprehensive analysis of the concept and connotation of architectural design and design quality is made. Through the description of the development process of quality management at home and abroad, we confirm the research train of thought and method of this paper.
2, through the understanding and requirement analysis of building design industry quality management system, combined with the market positioning of architectural design enterprises, it is proposed to enhance design quality management through quality control and design quality management at all stages.
3, according to the situation of HWY, this paper describes the development status of HWY quality management, and puts forward some suggestions on quality management.
