【摘要】:剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)在高層結(jié)構(gòu)如民用住宅、寫字樓和旅館應(yīng)用特別廣泛,它的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是整體性好、剛度大,具有較強(qiáng)的抵抗高層結(jié)構(gòu)中風(fēng)的吹力和吸力引起的水平力和地震作用傳來的水平剪力的能力。并且能夠很好的承擔(dān)高層結(jié)構(gòu)中較大的豎向荷載。但隨著剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)研究和應(yīng)用的日益廣泛,結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)工作者們發(fā)現(xiàn)剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)也有相當(dāng)多的缺點(diǎn)如鋼筋混凝土墻體較多,上部墻體均為雙層雙向配筋,增加了混凝土和鋼筋的用量;限制了墻體間的距離,使得空間靈活性差;由于剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)抗側(cè)力剛度較大,使得結(jié)構(gòu)的延性差,結(jié)構(gòu)自振周期減小,結(jié)構(gòu)有較大的地震反應(yīng)。結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)者們發(fā)現(xiàn)將剪力墻的肢端長度縮短,使之變成短肢剪力墻,形成短肢剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)能夠克服以上缺點(diǎn)。《高規(guī)》對短肢剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)具有如下規(guī)定:在規(guī)定的水平地震作用下,短肢剪力墻承擔(dān)的底部傾覆力矩不宜大于結(jié)構(gòu)底部總地震傾覆力矩的50%且不小結(jié)構(gòu)總地震傾覆力矩的30%。短肢剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)具有能充分利用墻體的承載能力、空間布置靈活性強(qiáng)、延性好等優(yōu)點(diǎn),在高層剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)中應(yīng)用日益廣泛。 本文通過鞍山市某小區(qū)住宅樓工程實(shí)例,對剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)與短肢剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行比較。首先對該住宅樓做短肢剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)方案設(shè)計(jì),通過Satwe軟件對其進(jìn)行計(jì)算分析,得出短肢剪力墻的變形特性,內(nèi)力特性,周期特性分析結(jié)果和結(jié)構(gòu)的配筋圖。然后在同樣的工程條件及荷載條件下設(shè)計(jì)一套剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)方案。并同樣通過軟件計(jì)算分析,得出關(guān)鍵數(shù)據(jù)后,同短肢剪力墻設(shè)計(jì)方案比較優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),得出短肢剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)具有受力更加合理,整個(gè)建筑荷載比原來減少了101.676噸,X向水平地震力減少182.34KN,Y向水平地震力減少145.09KN,剪重比降低;結(jié)構(gòu)層間位移角比值充分接近了限值1/1000,延續(xù)性好,,抗震性能好,空間布置靈活。但是在經(jīng)濟(jì)效益方面,剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)比短肢剪力墻好,同樣的“L”形、“T”形墻形式,短肢剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)用鋼量比剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)增加了約14%,造價(jià)增高。
[Abstract]:The shear wall structure in high-rise structures such as residential, office and hotel is widely used, it has the advantages of good integrity, high stiffness, shear horizontal force resistant ability of high-rise structure strong wind force and stroke of the suction caused by the earthquake and coming. And can be very good to bear large vertical loads in high-rise structure. But with the research and application of shear wall structure is more and more widely, the structure design of shear wall structure workers find there are a lot of shortcomings such as reinforced concrete wall of upper wall are double two-way reinforcement, increase concrete reinforcement; limit wall distance the space of flexibility; because the lateral shear walls structure stiffness and poor ductility of the structure, reduce the structural vibration period, structure seismic response of large structures. The designers will shear Wall limb shortening to make it into a short shear wall, the formation of short pier shear wall structure can overcome the above disadvantages. High regulation > has the following provisions of the short shear wall structure in horizontal earthquake action provisions under the bottom of the short leg shear wall bear overturning moment should not be greater than the total structure of the bottom overturning moment 50% and small structure seismic overturning moment 30%. short pier shear wall structure can make full use of the carrying capacity of the wall, the space layout flexibility, good ductility and other advantages, is widely used in the high-rise shear wall structure.
In this paper, through the example of residential building in a district of Anshan City, to compare the shear wall structure and shear wall structure. The design of short shear wall structure scheme of the residential building, through the Satwe software analysis, the deformation characteristics of the short shear wall, internal force characteristics, analysis of reinforcement plans the structure and cycle characteristics. Then design a set of shear wall structure design in the same engineering conditions and load conditions. And also through the calculation analysis software, obtains the key data, with the design of short shear wall and compare their advantages and disadvantages, the short leg shear wall structure has more reasonable stress, the whole building load less than the original 101.676 tons, X to 182.34KN Y to reduce the horizontal seismic force, horizontal seismic force to reduce 145.09KN, shear weight ratio decreased; the structural layer displacement angle ratio was sufficiently close to the limit of 1/1000, a continuation of good resistance The seismic performance is good, and the space layout is flexible. But in terms of economic efficiency, the shear wall structure is better than the short leg shear wall, the same "L" shape and "T" form, the steel volume of the short leg shear wall structure is increased by about 14% compared with the shear wall structure, and the cost is increased.
