【摘要】：近年隨著房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)的快速發(fā)展，以及國(guó)家的經(jīng)濟(jì)刺激政策的效用發(fā)酵，大量建設(shè)項(xiàng)目正在如火如荼的進(jìn)行。設(shè)計(jì)管理作為項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的龍頭，對(duì)項(xiàng)目的成敗起著十分關(guān)鍵的作用。但目前普遍對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)管理重視程度并不充分，很多是邊建邊設(shè)計(jì)。與國(guó)外相比，我國(guó)設(shè)計(jì)管理的理論研究水平還處在一個(gè)相對(duì)初級(jí)的階段。 本文主要初步總結(jié)了設(shè)計(jì)管理的一些基本概念和理論，，從現(xiàn)階段業(yè)主方的一些設(shè)計(jì)管理的問(wèn)題出發(fā)，對(duì)改進(jìn)業(yè)主方設(shè)計(jì)管理的策略進(jìn)行了初步分析，主要從三個(gè)層次對(duì)改進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì)管理進(jìn)行了剖析，即建立完善的設(shè)計(jì)管理制度，做好目標(biāo)管理和應(yīng)用適當(dāng)?shù)墓芾矸椒�。最后結(jié)合對(duì)漠河某項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際案例分析，進(jìn)一步說(shuō)明怎樣做好業(yè)主方的設(shè)計(jì)管理。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of the real estate market, and the effectiveness of the national economic stimulus policy fermentation, a large number of construction projects are in full swing. It plays a very important role in the success or failure of the project. But at present, the degree of attention to design management is not enough, many of them are design while building. Compared with foreign countries. The theoretical research level of design management in China is still in a relatively primary stage. This paper summarizes some basic concepts and theories of design management, and analyzes the strategy of improving the design management of owner. This paper mainly analyzes the improvement of design management from three levels, that is, to establish a perfect design management system, to do a good job of objective management and to apply appropriate management methods. Finally, combined with the actual case analysis of a project in Mohe. Further explain how to do the owner side of the design management.
