【摘要】：隨著人們生活水平的提高,人們對(duì)于生活品質(zhì)及設(shè)施及產(chǎn)品的功能人性化的要求也日益增高,公共衛(wèi)生間作為生活工作中必不可少的重要部分,應(yīng)被人們重視,目前國內(nèi)的公共衛(wèi)生間設(shè)計(jì)風(fēng)格種類繁多,然而能真正符合人性化的設(shè)計(jì)卻是鳳毛麟角。 本文從人性化的設(shè)計(jì)原則出發(fā),闡述了衛(wèi)生間設(shè)計(jì)中的人性化成分,目前國內(nèi)外公共衛(wèi)生間的人性化發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,公共衛(wèi)生間設(shè)計(jì)中的人性化的要求,人性化設(shè)計(jì)的重要性以及公共衛(wèi)生間人性化設(shè)計(jì)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。 論文采用人性化設(shè)計(jì)研究方法,對(duì)發(fā)現(xiàn)王國等場(chǎng)所公共衛(wèi)生間進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的人性化調(diào)研。以使用者的行為和心智模型為主要考察目標(biāo),對(duì)公共衛(wèi)生間內(nèi)部各項(xiàng)設(shè)施的結(jié)構(gòu)、功能和外觀易用性作出評(píng)價(jià),并提出設(shè)計(jì)的建議,為建立更符合使用者心智模型的公共衛(wèi)生間設(shè)施設(shè)計(jì)提供了參考。目前公共衛(wèi)生間設(shè)施在造型、功能、人性化因素以及材質(zhì)、色彩等方面均存在大量問題,設(shè)施保障了使用者的基本使用要求,但缺乏對(duì)于使用者心理情感需求的考慮使得設(shè)計(jì)缺乏人性化。這就需要我們通過對(duì)使用者評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)(包括心智模型、行為活動(dòng)、經(jīng)驗(yàn)習(xí)慣和心理感受)的調(diào)查分析,確立公共衛(wèi)生間設(shè)計(jì)人性化要素。以使用受眾的評(píng)價(jià)體系出發(fā)進(jìn)行研究,所設(shè)計(jì)的衛(wèi)生間才能符合使用者對(duì)本能和行為水平的人性化要求,產(chǎn)生感官和行為的正面反饋,為反思水平的人性化需求提供可能性,實(shí)現(xiàn)人性化的公共衛(wèi)生間設(shè)施設(shè)計(jì)。 本選題從人性化的設(shè)計(jì)理念為出發(fā)點(diǎn),通過大量調(diào)研,了解公共衛(wèi)生問相應(yīng)的規(guī)范要求,并對(duì)國內(nèi)外優(yōu)秀公共衛(wèi)生間的人性化案例進(jìn)行分析,運(yùn)用人體工程學(xué)、環(huán)境行為心理學(xué)等多學(xué)科知識(shí),全方位探討公共衛(wèi)生間的人性化設(shè)計(jì)原則。通過大量的例證和調(diào)查擺出過去的觀點(diǎn)和現(xiàn)在觀點(diǎn)的異同,分析衛(wèi)生間和人的關(guān)系從過去到現(xiàn)在的一個(gè)發(fā)展流程,從而抓住歷史以及任何樣態(tài)最本質(zhì)的因素：“人”,而展開。詳細(xì)說明衛(wèi)生間如何更好的為人服務(wù),讓使用者對(duì)其有一個(gè)更深入的思考以及一個(gè)新的認(rèn)識(shí)。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of people's living standard, the requirement of humanization of quality of life and facilities and products is also increasing day by day. As an essential part of life and work, public toilet should be paid more attention to. At present, there are many kinds of public toilet design styles in our country, but the design that can truly accord with humanity is rare. Starting from the principle of humanized design, this paper expounds the humanized elements in the design of toilet, the development of humanization of public toilet at home and abroad, and the requirement of humanization in the design of public toilet. The importance of humanized design and the development trend of humanized design of public toilet. This paper adopts the method of humanization design to carry on the systematic humanization investigation to the public toilet of the Kingdom of Discovery and other places, taking the behavior and mental model of the user as the main object of investigation. The structure, function and appearance of the facilities in the public toilet are evaluated, and the design suggestions are put forward. It provides a reference for the design of the public toilet facilities which accord with the user's mental model. At present, there are a lot of problems in the modeling, function, humanization factor, material, color and so on of the public toilet facilities. Facilities ensure the basic user requirements, but the lack of consideration of the user's psychological and emotional needs makes the design lack of humanization. This requires us to evaluate the user through the system (including mental model). Behavioral activities, experience habits and psychological feelings of the investigation and analysis, to establish the public toilet design elements of humanization, in order to use the evaluation system of the audience for the study. The designed toilet can meet the user's requirement of humanization of instinct and behavior level, produce positive feedback of sensory and behavior, and provide possibility for the humanization demand of reflective level. Realize humanized public toilet facility design. This topic from the humanization design concept as the starting point, through a large number of research, understand the corresponding standard requirements of public health, and domestic and foreign excellent public toilet humanization case analysis. Using ergonomics, environmental behavioral psychology and other multi-disciplinary knowledge, this paper probes into the principles of humanized design of public toilets in all directions. Through a large number of examples and investigations, the similarities and differences between the past views and the present views are put forward. Analysis of the relationship between toilet and human from the past to the present a development process, so as to grasp the history and any of the most essential factors: "people", and start. Let the user have a deeper thinking and a new understanding of it.
