【摘要】：對城鎮(zhèn)擴張過程中空間形態(tài)變化規(guī)律的把握程度,是能否提高城鎮(zhèn)規(guī)劃水平的關(guān)鍵因素之一。京津冀地區(qū)作為我國三大經(jīng)濟區(qū)域之一,在區(qū)域經(jīng)濟中占據(jù)重要地位。作為我國北方地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的重要增長極,近年來較快的城鎮(zhèn)擴張速度已經(jīng)影響到了該地區(qū)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,針對這種情況,急需一套可參考的政策措施或工具來預(yù)測該地區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)從現(xiàn)狀到規(guī)劃末期各個時期的城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,從而對規(guī)劃進行調(diào)整。本研究借鑒了北京市城市規(guī)劃設(shè)計研究院基于城市增長理論和約束性元胞自動機(constrained cellular automata, constrained CA)構(gòu)建的北京城市空間發(fā)展分析模型(BUDEM, an urban growth simulation model using CA for Beijing metropolitan area),以京津冀地區(qū)作為研究區(qū)域,以CA模型為基礎(chǔ),以Logistic回歸和單一參數(shù)循環(huán)方法(Monoloop)為分析方法,建立了京津冀城鎮(zhèn)空間發(fā)展分析模型(BUDEM-JJJ, an urban growth simulation model using CA for Jing-Jin-Ji),利用2000年-2005年和2005年-2010年兩個歷史階段的城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)用地對模型進行了參數(shù)識別,并對兩個時段的城鎮(zhèn)擴張驅(qū)動力進行了對比分析；同時利用此模型對京津冀區(qū)域2020年規(guī)劃末期城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)用地布局和2030年的城鎮(zhèn)形態(tài)進行了不同情景下的模擬,科學(xué)的分析了不同發(fā)展情景(Scenario)下京津冀地區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)空間發(fā)展格局的變化,實現(xiàn)了約束性CA模型在京津冀區(qū)域的應(yīng)用和驗證,可以為京津冀地區(qū)的城鎮(zhèn)規(guī)劃建設(shè)和管理工作提供決策的參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:To grasp the extent of urban expansion spatial variation of morphology in the process is one of the key factors to improve the level of urban planning. The Beijing Tianjin Hebei region as one of the three major economic regions in China, occupies an important position in the regional economy. As the economic development in northern China, the important growth pole in recent years, urban expansion speed has affected the sustainable development of the area, in view of this situation, in urgent need of a set of reference policies and tools to predict the urban area from the current situation to plan at the end of each period of urban development, so as to adjust the planning. The research on the Beijing city planning and Design Institute of city growth theory and constraint based on cellular automaton (constrained cellular automata, constrained CA) of Beijing city construction and development of the spatial analysis model (BUDEM, an urban growth simulatio N model using CA for Beijing metropolitan area), the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region as the study area, based on CA model, using Logistic regression and single parameter method (Monoloop) analysis method, established the urban spatial development in Beijing Tianjin Hebei analysis model (BUDEM-JJJ, an urban growth simulation model using CA for Jing-Jin-Ji), by 2000 -2005 and 2005 -2010 of the two historical stages of urban construction land is carried out on the model parameter identification, and the two periods of urban expansion driving force are analyzed; at the same time, using the model of urban construction at the end of the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region in 2020 and 2030 the planning layout of urban morphology were simulated under different scenarios. The scientific analysis of the different development scenarios (Scenario) changes of urban space under the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region development pattern, the constrained CA model in Beijing Tianjin Hebei The application and verification of the region can provide a reference for the planning, construction and management of the cities and towns in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.
