【摘要】：目的:針對目前國內(nèi)文獻(xiàn)數(shù)量大,質(zhì)量普遍低下的問題,提出建設(shè)專業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)庫的途徑,為決策者進(jìn)行基本醫(yī)療保險目錄遴選時提供證據(jù)與便利。方法:借鑒Cochrane、Micromedex、HIRA、國際藥品價格指南以及澳大利亞資源項目與單位成本手冊關(guān)于藥品安全性、有效性、經(jīng)濟(jì)性系統(tǒng)評價/Meta分析數(shù)據(jù)庫及價格數(shù)據(jù)庫建設(shè)經(jīng)驗。結(jié)論與建議:以中國循證醫(yī)學(xué)中心為平臺,聯(lián)合其分中心,并引入GRADE系統(tǒng),建立量化、高質(zhì)量的證據(jù)質(zhì)量評估與推薦評級數(shù)據(jù)庫,同時以省級平臺為基本單位,建立中國醫(yī)療資源及價格數(shù)據(jù)庫。
[Abstract]:Objective: to solve the problem of large quantity and low quality of literature in China at present, this paper puts forward the way of constructing professional database, which can provide evidence and convenience for decision makers to select the basic medical insurance catalogue. Methods: Cochrane Micromedex HIRAA, International Drug Price Guide and Australian Resource Project and Unit cost Manual were used for reference in the construction of drug safety, effectiveness, economy and systematic evaluation / Meta-analysis database and price database. Conclusion and suggestion: taking the China Evidence-based Medicine Center as the platform, combining its sub-centers, and introducing the Grade system to establish a quantitative and high-quality database for the evaluation and recommendation of evidence quality, at the same time taking the provincial platform as the basic unit. Establish Chinese medical resources and price database.
