引入內生木霉菌株P3.9對枇杷根際土著真菌數量的影響(英文)

為了探究內生木霉菌株P3.9對枇杷根際土著真菌是否有不良影響,采用稀釋分離法與平板計數法,跟蹤測試了此菌株1個季度內對枇杷根際土著真菌數量的影響。結果表明:接種內生木霉菌株P3.9后枇杷根際土壤土著真菌數量總體呈減少趨勢;接種后5~60 d,除35~40 d處理組土著真菌數量變化不明顯外,其余時間以10 d為周期呈循環(huán)增減變化,接種后60~90 d以30 d為周期呈增減變化;而對照組在5~50 d時土著真菌數量以15 d為周期呈循環(huán)減增變化,50~70 d時以20 d為周期呈增減變化,70~75 d數量變化不大,75~85 d以10 d為周期呈增減變化,85~90 d數量呈增加態(tài)勢;對照組土著真菌數量波動幅度比處理組大,真菌數量不穩(wěn)定;處理組真菌數量極顯著低于對照組,表明內生木霉菌株P3.9對土著真菌有一定抑菌作用。
