植物灰霉病菌中新型雙分體病毒的分子生物學特性研究

灰霉病是由死體營養(yǎng)型真菌灰葡萄孢(Botrytis cinerea)引起的一種重要植物病害。它的寄主范圍廣泛,可侵染1400多種植物,包括一些重要的經(jīng)濟作物,包括葡萄、草莓和番茄等。在作物收獲前和收獲后灰葡萄孢均可危害,并造成相當大的經(jīng)濟損失。由于大多數(shù)栽培的水果和蔬菜作物缺乏抗病品種,因此,灰霉病防治在很大程度上依賴反復使用殺菌劑。雖然可以達到預期的控制效果,但反復使用殺菌劑會引起環(huán)境污染,并產(chǎn)生抗殺菌劑菌株。因此,探索安全、可持續(xù)控制灰霉病措施(例如利用真菌病毒進行生物防治)日漸重要。目前,在灰葡萄孢中發(fā)現(xiàn)了很多弱毒相關真菌病毒,但還沒有成功應用于灰葡萄孢生物防治?赡艿南拗埔蛩匕ㄒ韵聝牲c:(i)由于菌株之間菌絲營養(yǎng)體不親和,限制真菌病毒從含毒菌株向無毒菌株的傳播;(ii)由于含毒菌株菌絲生長較慢,競爭力較低。因此有必要篩選更多含有真菌病毒的灰葡萄孢菌株。在本研究中,從灰葡萄孢QT5-19中發(fā)現(xiàn)了一種新的分體病毒屬(Partitivirus)真菌病毒,對其分子特性,生物學特性以及生防潛力進行了評估。得到以下幾點研究結果:1.獲得了一株弱毒灰葡萄孢菌株QT5-19,從中鑒定出一種新...
