外加碳源和氮源對(duì)酸化水稻土溫室氣體釋放的影響

通過室內(nèi)恒溫培養(yǎng)試驗(yàn),對(duì)酸化水稻土單獨(dú)添加硫酸銨以及同時(shí)添加硫酸銨和葡萄糖后發(fā)現(xiàn),添加硫酸銨后短時(shí)間內(nèi)(2 d)就引起pH值下降和銨態(tài)氮轉(zhuǎn)化為硝態(tài)氮,外源添加葡萄糖后進(jìn)一步引起pH值下降和促進(jìn)銨態(tài)氮向硝態(tài)氮轉(zhuǎn)化,這種差異在長(zhǎng)期(120 d)培養(yǎng)后更加顯著。硫酸銨顯著引起NO和N2O氣體釋放,外源添加葡萄糖后進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)兩種氣體的釋放。測(cè)定土壤微生物豐度發(fā)現(xiàn),兩種溫室氣體的釋放與土壤中氨氧化細(xì)菌、氨氧化古菌和反硝化細(xì)菌存在顯著相關(guān)性。在短期培養(yǎng)時(shí),氨氧化細(xì)菌和反硝化細(xì)菌豐度的差異導(dǎo)致了同時(shí)添加葡萄糖處理的溫室氣體釋放量高于單純的添加硫酸銨培養(yǎng)組;在長(zhǎng)期培養(yǎng)時(shí),則是氨氧化細(xì)菌、氨氧化古菌和反硝化細(xì)菌導(dǎo)致了這種差異。
