土壤中植物大量營養(yǎng)素(氮、磷、鉀)的有效性是影響作物產(chǎn)量的主要因素之一。這些礦物元素的有效性和形式因土壤類型的不同而有很大的差異。研究表明,通過為植物提供適當(dāng)?shù)奈⑸锕采w,可以優(yōu)化土壤營養(yǎng)對(duì)植物的有效補(bǔ)充。此外,土壤酵母能夠溶解不可利用的磷和鐵,并產(chǎn)生植物生長(zhǎng)激素,這些激素可幫助植物生長(zhǎng)和維持細(xì)菌活性。本研究旨在探討共接種植物促生長(zhǎng)細(xì)菌(PGPB)—慢生大豆根瘤菌(Bradyrhizobium japonicum)和植物促生長(zhǎng)真菌—土壤酵母(Saccharomyces cerevisiae和Saccharomyces exiguus)對(duì)大豆(Glycine maxL.Merr)生長(zhǎng)和產(chǎn)量的影響,特別是土壤酵母如何影響細(xì)菌的空氣氮固定率和結(jié)瘤率。本研究以臺(tái)灣292大豆品種為試驗(yàn)對(duì)象,采用完全隨機(jī)實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì):接種慢生大豆根瘤菌B.japonicum(T1;接種土壤酵母S.cerevisiae(T2;接種S.exiguus(T3);共接種土壤酵母S.cerevisiae和B.japonicum(T4);共接種S.exiguous及B.japonicum(T5)以及對(duì)照(T6),每個(gè)處理重復(fù)4...
