  土壤中植物大量營養(yǎng)素(氮、磷、鉀)的有效性是影響作物產(chǎn)量的主要因素之一。這些礦物元素的有效性和形式因土壤類型的不同而有很大的差異。研究表明,通過為植物提供適當?shù)奈⑸锕采w,可以優(yōu)化土壤營養(yǎng)對植物的有效補充。此外,土壤酵母能夠溶解不可利用的磷和鐵,并產(chǎn)生植物生長激素,這些激素可幫助植物生長和維持細菌活性。本研究旨在探討共接種植物促生長細菌(PGPB)—慢生大豆根瘤菌(Bradyrhizobium japonicum)和植物促生長真菌—土壤酵母(Saccharomyces cerevisiae和Saccharomyces exiguus)對大豆(Glycine maxL.Merr)生長和產(chǎn)量的影響,特別是土壤酵母如何影響細菌的空氣氮固定率和結(jié)瘤率。本研究以臺灣292大豆品種為試驗對象,采用完全隨機實驗設計:接種慢生大豆根瘤菌B.japonicum(T1;接種土壤酵母S.cerevisiae(T2;接種S.exiguus(T3);共接種土壤酵母S.cerevisiae和B.japonicum(T4);共接種S.exiguous及B.japonicum(T5)以及對照(T6),每個處理重復4...
