土壤可溶性氮及氮代謝酶活性動(dòng)態(tài)變化及對(duì)溫度的響應(yīng)

【摘要】:采用室內(nèi)恒濕培養(yǎng)試驗(yàn)探討土壤可溶性氮及氮代謝酶活性的動(dòng)態(tài)變化規(guī)律及溫度對(duì)土壤可溶性氮及氮代謝酶活性的影響。結(jié)果表明,土壤NO_3~--N含量呈先增加后降低的趨勢(shì),在培養(yǎng)48~58d達(dá)到最大值;NH+4-N含量呈降低趨勢(shì),培養(yǎng)73d后趨于穩(wěn)定;SON和TSN含量呈"升高-降低-升高-降低"的波浪形變化趨勢(shì),在48d時(shí)累積量達(dá)到最大值。土壤NO_3~--N含量隨培養(yǎng)溫度升高顯著增加,并與之達(dá)到極顯著正相關(guān);土壤NH_4~+-N則顯著降低,與培養(yǎng)溫度之間顯著負(fù)相關(guān);培養(yǎng)中期及培養(yǎng)后期部分取樣時(shí)間內(nèi),土壤SON與培養(yǎng)溫度顯著相關(guān),其他取樣時(shí)間均無(wú)顯著相關(guān)性。隨著培養(yǎng)時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng),土壤脲酶活性呈"升-降-升-降"的拋物線(xiàn)動(dòng)態(tài)變化趨勢(shì);土壤蛋白酶活性表現(xiàn)為培養(yǎng)前期、中期高于培養(yǎng)后期;土壤天冬酰胺酶活性呈折線(xiàn)上升后下降的變化規(guī)律;土壤天谷氨酰胺酶活性呈折線(xiàn)上升的變化趨勢(shì)。從培養(yǎng)溫度看,在本研究設(shè)定的溫度范圍內(nèi),土壤溫度的變化對(duì)脲酶活性無(wú)顯著影響,但在部分取樣時(shí)間內(nèi)對(duì)蛋白酶、天冬酰胺酶和谷氨酰胺酶活性有顯著影響。
[Abstract]:The dynamic changes of soil soluble nitrogen and nitrogen metabolizing enzyme activity and the effect of temperature on soil soluble nitrogen and nitrogen metabolizing enzyme activity were studied by laboratory constant humidity culture experiment. The results showed that the content of NO_3~--N in soil increased at first and then decreased, and reached the maximum at 48 and 58 days of culture, the content of NH 4 showed a decreasing trend and tended to be stable after 73 days of culture, and the content of SON and TSN showed a wave shape change trend of "increase, decrease, increase and decrease", and the accumulation reached the maximum at 48 days. Soil NO_3~--N content increased significantly with the increase of culture temperature, and reached a very significant positive correlation with it, while soil NH_4~-N decreased significantly and negatively correlated with culture temperature. Soil SON was significantly correlated with culture temperature in the middle and later stages of culture, but there was no significant correlation between other sampling time. With the prolongation of culture time, the activity of soil urease showed a parabola dynamic trend of "rise-fall-rise-fall", the activity of soil protease was higher in the early stage and middle stage of culture than in the later stage of culture, the activity of asparaginase in soil decreased after the increase of broken line, and the activity of asparaginase in soil showed the trend of increasing in line. From the point of view of culture temperature, the change of soil temperature had no significant effect on urease activity, but had significant effect on protease, asparaginase and glutaminase activities in some sampling time.
