“鳳丹”牡丹根際土壤LJP21菌株的解鉀活性及其鑒定

【摘要】:以"鳳丹"牡丹根際土壤為試材,采用稀釋平板法,分離根際環(huán)境中的解鉀菌,并進行活性評估及鑒定。結(jié)果表明:共分離到了4株解鉀菌(LJP3、LJP7、LJP21、LJP23),在28℃、180r·min~(-1)條件下發(fā)酵培養(yǎng)7d后,LJP21菌株的發(fā)酵液中水溶性速效鉀含量最高,達(dá)到2.6μg·mL~(-1),將其作為鑒定菌株。通過表型特征觀察、生化特性測定與16SrDNA測序的多相分析,初步將菌株LJP21歸為微小桿菌屬Exiguobacterium,暫命名為Exiguobacteriumsp.LJP21。菌株LJP21可作為菌肥或生物鉀肥開發(fā)的備用出發(fā)菌株。
