【摘要】：中國農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展,勞動力轉(zhuǎn)移人數(shù)增多帶來農(nóng)民收入增加,煤炭等能源消費量也在不斷發(fā)生變化。利用陜西省農(nóng)村地區(qū)"勞動力轉(zhuǎn)移與農(nóng)村生活能源調(diào)查"數(shù)據(jù),運用Tobit回歸模型研究勞動力轉(zhuǎn)移在農(nóng)戶煤炭消費量的影響。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)勞動力轉(zhuǎn)移人數(shù)的增加顯著地降低了農(nóng)戶煤炭消費量;勞動力轉(zhuǎn)移收入的增加顯著地提升了農(nóng)戶煤炭消費量;勞動力轉(zhuǎn)移收入占家庭總收入的比重越高則農(nóng)戶煤炭消費量越低;最后為提高農(nóng)民收入和煤炭的使用效率以及新農(nóng)村建設(shè)發(fā)展提出建議。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of rural economy in China, the increase of labor transfer has led to an increase in farmers' income, and the consumption of energy such as coal is also constantly changing. Based on the data of "Labor transfer and Rural Life Energy Survey" in rural areas of Shaanxi Province, the influence of labor transfer on farmers' coal consumption is studied by using Tobit regression model. It is found that the increase of labor transfer number significantly reduces the coal consumption of farmers; the increase of labor transfer income significantly increases the coal consumption of farmers; the higher the proportion of labor transfer income to total household income, the lower the coal consumption of farmers; finally, some suggestions are put forward to improve the income of farmers and the efficiency of coal use, as well as the development of new rural construction.
