【摘要】：[目的]對(duì)比幾種商品化殺細(xì)菌劑對(duì)甜瓜細(xì)菌性果斑病和獼猴桃潰瘍病的防治效果。[方法]采用離體試驗(yàn)和活體試驗(yàn)相結(jié)合的方法,考察了不同藥劑對(duì)細(xì)菌性病害的防效。[結(jié)果]抗生素類藥劑中的硫酸鏈霉素和中生菌素對(duì)細(xì)菌性病害有較好的防治效果,對(duì)甜瓜細(xì)菌性果斑病菌離體最小抑菌質(zhì)量濃度均為20 mg/L,對(duì)獼猴桃潰瘍病菌的離體最小抑菌質(zhì)量濃度均為5 mg/L。[結(jié)論]抗生素類藥劑與銅制劑類藥劑相比,對(duì)甜瓜細(xì)菌性果斑病和獼猴桃潰瘍病具有更加優(yōu)異的防治效果。
[Abstract]:[Objective]To compare the effect of several commercial bactericides on the prevention and treatment of bacterial fruit spot disease and kiwifruit ulcerator. [Methods]The efficacy of different agents on bacterial diseases was investigated by combining in vitro test and live test. [Results]Streptomycin sulfate and mesomycin in antibiotic agents had good control effect on bacterial disease, the minimum antibacterial mass concentration was 20mg/L for the bacillus fruit spot disease, and the minimum antibacterial mass concentration of kiwi ulcer was 5mg/L. [Conclusion]Antibiotic agents have more excellent prevention and treatment effect on bacterial fruit spot disease and kiwifruit ulcerative disease in melon than copper preparations.
