【摘要】：為研究不同程度干旱脅迫對(duì)黃瓜Cucumis sativus幼苗營(yíng)養(yǎng)器官中組織和細(xì)胞結(jié)構(gòu)的影響,以‘津優(yōu)1號(hào)’‘Jinyou No.1’黃瓜幼苗為試材,分別在營(yíng)養(yǎng)液中添加質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為5%和10%的聚乙二醇(PEG-6000),模擬干旱脅迫條件。結(jié)果表明:隨著干旱脅迫程度的增加,黃瓜幼苗組織結(jié)構(gòu)變化程度逐漸加劇。在質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為5%的PEG-6000處理下,幼苗組織出現(xiàn)根皮層薄壁細(xì)胞減少、莖木質(zhì)部導(dǎo)管萎縮、葉片柵欄組織排列更緊密等特征;而在質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為10%的PEG-6000處理下,黃瓜幼苗組織和細(xì)胞已發(fā)生嚴(yán)重變形、萎縮、排列紊亂、表皮破裂。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:黃瓜通過(guò)一定程度的組織結(jié)構(gòu)變化適應(yīng)輕度干旱脅迫,而在重度干旱脅迫下組織結(jié)構(gòu)受到了嚴(yán)重破壞,最終導(dǎo)致器官、組織或細(xì)胞功能的喪失。

[Abstract]:In order to study the effects of drought stress on the tissue and cell structure of vegetative organs of cucumber Cucumis sativus seedlings, 'Jinyou 1' Jinyou No.1' cucumber seedlings were used as test materials to simulate drought stress by adding 5% and 10% polyethylene glycol (PEG-6000) to the nutrient solution, respectively. The results showed that with the increase of drought stress, the change of tissue structure of cucumber seedlings was gradually aggravated. Under the treatment of 5% PEG-6000, the parenchyma cells in root cortex decreased, the xylem ducts atrophied and the palisade tissue arranged more closely, while under the treatment of 10% PEG-6000, the tissues and cells of cucumber seedlings were seriously deformed, atrophied, arranged disordered and epidermis ruptured. The results showed that cucumber adapted to mild drought stress through a certain degree of tissue structure change, but the tissue structure was seriously damaged under severe drought stress, which eventually led to the loss of organ, tissue or cell function.
