【摘要】：為模擬杉木凋落物源低分子有機酸對杉木林下土壤中磷的活化和持續(xù)釋放作用,采用化學(xué)浸提法,以外源有機酸(草酸、丙二酸、蘋果酸、檸檬酸及其混合酸)和南方紅壤為研究材料,設(shè)置不同濃度有機酸溶液處理,對南方紅壤進行一次性浸提和多次連續(xù)浸提.結(jié)果表明:在一次性浸提條件下,各類有機酸對土壤磷釋放量皆隨濃度的上升而上升;2 mmol·L~(-1)濃度處理下各類有機酸對土壤磷釋放作用表現(xiàn)為混合酸草酸≈檸檬酸丙二酸蘋果酸;4、8 mmol·L~(-1)濃度處理下各類有機酸對土壤磷釋放作用表現(xiàn)為草酸≈混合酸丙二酸≈檸檬酸蘋果酸.通過6次連續(xù)浸提,各類有機酸在2 mmol·L~(-1)濃度處理下對土壤磷的釋放量表現(xiàn)為先上升后下降的變化趨勢;8 mmol·L~(-1)濃度處理對土壤磷的釋放量表現(xiàn)為持續(xù)下降的變化趨勢.不同種類和濃度的有機酸對土壤磷的釋放量與其p H呈負(fù)相關(guān),與其離子活度呈正相關(guān).

[Abstract]:In order to simulate the activation and continuous release of phosphorus from the litter of Cunninghamia lanceolata (Cunninghamia lanceolata), the southern red soil was extracted by chemical extraction with exogenous organic acids (oxalic acid, propionic acid, malic acid, citric acid and their mixed acid) and southern red soil as research materials.
