焚燒秸稈對不同類型土壤理化性質(zhì)、微生物及脲酶活性的影響

【摘要】:以秸稈焚燒后覆蓋的黑鈣土和棕壤為對象,研究秸稈焚燒對土壤理化性質(zhì)、微生物數(shù)量、脲酶活性的影響,并探討脲酶活性與土壤理化性質(zhì)及微生物間的相關性。結(jié)果表明,焚燒秸稈后,細菌和放線菌數(shù)量有一定程度的減少,真菌數(shù)量、電導率、脲酶活性有一定程度的增加;0~5 cm耕層土壤堿解氮含量幾乎沒有變化,5~10 cm耕層土壤堿解氮含量平均降低18.86%;黑鈣土有機質(zhì)含量平均下降6.37%,棕壤有機質(zhì)含量平均增加5.98%。相關分析表明,細菌與脲酶活性呈負的相關性,真菌、電導率與脲酶活性呈正的相關性。研究結(jié)果表明,焚燒秸稈對土壤肥力的改善并未起到促進作用,同時焚燒秸稈使細菌、放線菌數(shù)量降低,真菌數(shù)量增加,增加土傳病害的發(fā)病率,不利于作物生長,還降低作物產(chǎn)量。
