生物炭對紅壤中不同鋁形態(tài)及小白菜生長的影響

【摘要】:紅壤是我國南方典型的酸性土壤,具有pH值低,活性鋁含量高等特點。生物炭作為新型土壤改良劑,對提高土壤肥力與pH,緩解鋁毒具有明顯的效果。為了研究生物炭對紅壤鋁形態(tài)及小白菜生長的影響,采用盆栽試驗,并設置0%C(CK),1%C,2%C和3%C共4個處理,每個處理4次重復,進行土培種植小白菜。結果表明:施用生物炭會顯著提高小白菜的出苗率,且生物炭處理的小白菜出苗率較CK處理提高10.8%~25.0%。另外,施用生物炭顯著改善了小白菜的生長狀況,提高了小白菜的生物量,且小白菜鋁含量降低68.3%~82.2%。此外,施用生物炭后,土壤pH值、速效磷、速效鉀和有機碳量顯著提高,其中土壤pH值提高0.35~0.79個單位,而堿解氮含量卻顯著降低。添加生物炭能使土壤活性鋁總量顯著下降,且較CK下降16.9%~41.7%,而具有生物毒害的交換性Al~(3+)較CK處理降低37.4%~75.5%,施用生物炭越多,降低效果越明顯。然而,不是所有形態(tài)的鋁含量都下降,各形態(tài)鋁之間存在轉化關系,Al(OH)_2~+,Al(OH)~(2+)與膠體Al(OH)_3~0均有不同程度的上升。說明施用生物炭可以提高土壤pH值,改善肥力,降低活性鋁含量,促使具有生物毒害的交換性Al~(3+)向其他形態(tài)鋁轉化,從而緩解鋁毒效果,并且在一定范圍內(nèi),效果隨生物炭用量增加而增大。
[Abstract]:Red soil is a typical acidic soil in southern China, which has the characteristics of low pH value and high active aluminum content. As a new type of soil modifier, biochar has obvious effect on improving soil fertility and reducing aluminum toxicity by pH,. In order to study the effects of biochar on aluminum morphology and Chinese cabbage growth in red soil, pot experiment was conducted with 0% C (CK), 1% C, 2% C and 3% C treatments, each repeated 4 times to cultivate pakchoi in soil culture. The results showed that the emergence rate of pakchoi was significantly increased by applying biochar, and the emergence rate of pakchoi treated with biochar was 10.8% and 25.0% higher than that of CK treatment.
