輻照對瓜實(shí)蠅遺傳區(qū)性品系成蟲腸道微生物的影響

【摘要】:為研究輻照對瓜實(shí)蠅腸道微生物群落多樣性和結(jié)構(gòu)組成的影響,以100 Gy137Cs輻照來自瓜實(shí)蠅遺傳區(qū)性品系(GSS)的5、8、11和13日齡的雌、雄成蟲,并采用Illumina MiSeq測序技術(shù)分別對其腸道菌群進(jìn)行測序分析。結(jié)果表明,瓜實(shí)蠅雌雄成蟲的腸道中存在19個主要的菌屬,包括17個屬名已知,1個屬名未知和1個屬不可培養(yǎng)。其中,17個已知屬分別屬于4個細(xì)菌門,即變形菌門(Proteobacteria)(占總量的50%~98%)、厚壁菌門(Firmicutes)(占總量的2%~47%)、擬桿菌門(Bacteroidetes)(占總量的1%~16%)和1個至今微生物界還未確定的稀少菌門(unclassified rare phyla)(總量1%)。此外,輻照降低了瓜實(shí)蠅腸道中的微生物多樣性以及優(yōu)勢菌的豐富度,且這種影響與瓜實(shí)蠅的性別和成蟲日齡無關(guān)。本研究結(jié)果為評估和修復(fù)輻照對瓜實(shí)蠅的損傷提供了參考。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of irradiation on the diversity and structure of intestinal microbial community of Drosophila melanogaster, the male and female adults of 5, 8, 11 and 13 days old from the genetic strain (GSS) of Drosophila melanogaster were irradiated with 100 Gy137Cs. The intestinal flora was sequenced by Illumina MiSeq sequencing. The results showed that there were 19 main genus in the intestine of male and female adults of Drosophila melanogaster, including 17 genus names known, 1 genus name unknown and 1 genus unculturable.
