豬場(chǎng)養(yǎng)殖污水臭氧消毒凈化效率試驗(yàn)

【摘要】:為了探討臭氧對(duì)豬場(chǎng)污水中病原微生物的殺菌效果,試驗(yàn)采用板框式固液壓濾機(jī)對(duì)豬場(chǎng)糞污進(jìn)行固液分離-石英砂過(guò)濾罐過(guò)濾-臭氧凈化消毒罐的處理工藝;以細(xì)菌菌落總數(shù)平皿法、大腸菌群最近似數(shù)多管發(fā)酵法、定性殺菌試驗(yàn)懸液定量法及染菌片法檢測(cè)臭氧對(duì)豬場(chǎng)污水中病原微生物的殺菌效率。結(jié)果表明:臭氧濃度為18.6 mg/L時(shí)對(duì)豬場(chǎng)污水作用10 min,豬場(chǎng)污水內(nèi)細(xì)菌菌落總數(shù)、大腸菌群最近似數(shù)顯著降低,三種定性試驗(yàn)菌的平均殺菌對(duì)數(shù)值均≥3.00。說(shuō)明臭氧對(duì)豬場(chǎng)污水中病原微生物的殺菌消毒效率極顯著。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the bactericidal effect of ozone on pathogenic microorganisms in pig farm sewage, the solid-liquid separation of pig manure was carried out by plate-frame solid-liquid pressure filter, and the treatment process of quartz sand filter and ozone purification disinfection tank was carried out. The bactericidal efficiency of ozone on pathogenic microorganisms in pig wastewater was detected by plate method, coliform group, suspension quantitative method and bacterial smear method. The results showed that the total number of bacterial colonies and the nearest similarity of coliform bacteria decreased significantly when ozone concentration was 18.6 mg/L, and the average bactericidal logarithm of the three qualitative test bacteria was 鈮,
