光化學(xué)反射指數(shù)在比較葡萄葉片耐霜凍能力中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:以12個(gè)葡萄(Vitis vinifera)品種為試材,在秋季采集葉片,進(jìn)行霜凍處理,測(cè)定了霜凍過(guò)程中葉片光化學(xué)反射指數(shù)(PRI)的變化。提取有效參數(shù),采用隸屬函數(shù)法比較了不同葉片的耐霜凍能力。結(jié)果表明,隨著溫度的降低,葉片光化學(xué)反射指數(shù)呈下降趨勢(shì)。在 8 0°C范圍內(nèi),PRI及其相對(duì)值Rt與溫度都存在顯著的線性關(guān)系;葉片PRI在0°C、 8°C時(shí)的相對(duì)值R0、R 8,以及 8 0°C范圍中,Rt與溫度的回歸直線斜率SLP都具有品種特異性,可以反映不同品種的耐霜凍能力。隸屬函數(shù)法結(jié)合聚類分析結(jié)果顯示,在12個(gè)候選品種中,抗霜凍能力最好的是Cabernet Sauvignon,其R0、R 8和SLP分別為72.3%、50.19%和2.78。
[Abstract]:Using 12 grape (Vitis vinifera) varieties as test materials, the leaves were collected in autumn and treated with frost. The changes of photochemical reflection index (PRI) of leaves during frost were measured. The effective parameters were extracted and the frost resistance of different leaves was compared by membership function method.
