【摘要】：在鄱陽湖南磯濕地國(guó)家級(jí)自然保護(hù)區(qū)沿水位梯度采集了7種優(yōu)勢(shì)植物群落下0~15、15~30 cm土壤樣品,測(cè)定了土壤總有機(jī)碳(SOC)、重組有機(jī)碳(HFOC)、輕組有機(jī)碳(LFOC)、微生物生物量碳(MBC)和可溶性碳(DOC)含量,以闡明鄱陽湖典型濕地土壤有機(jī)碳及其不同組分特征與影響因子,探討植物群落演替對(duì)有機(jī)碳庫及其組分的影響。結(jié)果表明:(1)各群落0~30 cm土層SOC、HFOC、LFOC、MBC和DOC含量變化范圍分別為4.92~48.14 mg·g~(-1)、4.66~41.42 mg·g~(-1)、0.46~6.52 mg·g~(-1)、124.22~419.23 mg·kg~(-1)和33.17~153.63 mg·kg~(-1)。(2)土層、群落類型及其交互作用均對(duì)總有機(jī)碳及其組分產(chǎn)生顯著影響,水位梯度的影響未達(dá)到顯著性。(3)濕地0~30 cm土壤HFOC、LFOC、MBC和DOC占總有機(jī)碳平均比例分別為92.9%、7.1%、1.44%和0.74%,土壤碳庫以穩(wěn)定的重組有機(jī)碳為主,LFOC、MBC、DOC等3種活性有機(jī)碳組分在空間分布上沒有表現(xiàn)出一致性。(4)鄱陽湖濕地沉水植物群落退縮,濕生、挺水植物群落的擴(kuò)展短期內(nèi)將增加土壤碳儲(chǔ)量,但碳庫的穩(wěn)定性降低。
[Abstract]:Soil samples from 7 dominant flora falling 0: 15 and 15: 30 cm were collected along the water level gradient in Nangji Wetland National Nature Reserve, Poyang Lake. Soil total organic carbon (SOC), recombinant organic carbon (HFOC), light group organic carbon (LFOC), was determined. The contents of microbial biomass carbon (MBC) and soluble carbon (DOC) were studied in order to elucidate the characteristics and influencing factors of soil organic carbon and its different components in typical wetlands of Poyang Lake, and to explore the effect of plant community succession on organic carbon pool and its components.
