一株高效鳳眼蓮脫膠菌的篩選及鑒定

【摘要】:預處理是生物質(zhì)能源產(chǎn)品制備中最昂貴、最關鍵的環(huán)節(jié),生物預處理因環(huán)境友好和能耗低而受到廣泛關注。為獲得較好的生物預處理菌株,以脫膠效率為出發(fā)點篩選菌株,從鳳眼蓮(Eichhornia crassipes)生長環(huán)境介質(zhì)中分離菌株,通過富集培養(yǎng)、剛果紅平板染色法初篩,獲得一株對鳳眼蓮脫膠效果較好的A_1菌株。在最佳條件下A_1菌株分泌的果膠酶活性、木聚糖酶活性和纖維素酶活性分別為3 925.00、8 331.67和4 883.62 nmol·s~(-1)·mL~(-1);A_1菌株對鳳眼蓮的1次脫膠減重率為33.37%,3次連續(xù)脫膠的累計減重率為49.26%。通過16S rRNA序列鑒定,構建系統(tǒng)發(fā)育樹分析,該菌株為解淀粉芽孢桿菌(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens)。
[Abstract]:Pretreatment is the most expensive and critical link in the preparation of biomass energy products. Biological pretreatment has been widely concerned because of its friendly environment and low energy consumption.
