不同棚齡及種植期對(duì)土壤微生物代謝功能的影響

【摘要】:為了解不同年限(3、6、9、15年)及不同種植期(定植期、坐果期、盛果期、拉秧期)的設(shè)施棚室土壤微生物對(duì)碳源利用的變化趨勢(shì),對(duì)土壤理化性質(zhì)和土壤微生物碳源利用進(jìn)行了檢測(cè)分析。結(jié)果表明:種植年限增加導(dǎo)致棚室土壤pH約降低0.52,土壤可溶性鹽分、總磷及總碳隨著棚齡增加逐漸累積。不同棚齡土壤中,9年棚室微生物碳源代謝活性最高,15年棚室有所下降,但差別不顯著。與不同棚齡棚室土壤代謝差異顯著相關(guān)的碳源有15種。不同種植期土壤樣本中,微生物群落對(duì)各類碳源代謝均呈現(xiàn)坐果期最強(qiáng),拉秧期最弱的特征,并且差異顯著,與其代謝差異顯著相關(guān)的碳源19種。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the changing trend of carbon source utilization in greenhouse soil of different years (3, 6, 9, 15 years) and different planting stages (planting stage, fruiting stage, seedling stage), the carbon source utilization of greenhouse soil microorganisms in different years (3, 6, 9, 15 years) and different planting stages (planting period, fruiting stage, seedling stage). The physical and chemical properties of soil and the utilization of carbon source of soil microorganisms were detected and analyzed. The results showed that the pH of shed soil decreased about 0.52 with the increase of planting years, and the soil soluble salt, total phosphorus and total carbon accumulated gradually with the increase of shed age. Among the soils of different shed ages, the metabolic activity of microbial carbon sources was the highest in 9 years, and decreased in 15 years, but the difference was not significant. There were 15 kinds of carbon sources significantly related to the difference of soil metabolism in different shed ages. Among the soil samples at different planting stages, microbial communities showed the strongest carbon metabolism at fruiting stage and the weakest at seedling stage, and the difference was significant. 19 kinds of carbon sources were significantly related to the metabolic difference.
